When the city sky looks like someone painted it, it feels less like we are in the middle of the city’s heart beat and more laying in the grass on our backs looking at the stars 😉*if you concentrate hard enough...❤️* 📷 & 📝: @rebeccayanyk 📍: Toronto, Ontario 🇨🇦

Before & After.
One of the tougher pools to open, but one of my favourites!
We want to meet you!!!
Come sit on our floor (we have couches too, but the floor is more fun), and let’s chat about our hopes, and dreams, and fears. I will supply the sweet potato fries 🤗 Why sweet potatoes, you ask? Because potatoes are powerful, and so are we 💪🏽
As the #drawdownecochallenge comes to an end, I have been thinking a lot about the importance of having spaces that allow us to reimagine the scary #climatecrisis / #politicalcrisis / #economiccrisis / #insertanyothercrisis stories surrounding us - stories that are creating feelings of fear, loneliness, and powerlessness, rather than strength. It is time for a change, and I think a big part of that change is simply getting to know each other better - building a community of awesomeness, and friendship, and support so that we know we are not alone. Plus, y’all are so cool that I just think it would be super fun to sit on the floor with you 😊
Who’s in? This is open to anyone - invite your friends, your family, your arch enemies 😂 and let’s have some #realtalks . If you want to come, please RSVP by DM or below so that I know how many people I need to cook for 👩🏽🍳. And don’t worry, if you can’t make it to this one, we plan to continue to have more of these in the future, so stay tuned.
It may not be lush and green outside yet, however its always beautiful inside the
Allan Gardens Park and Conservatory!

Watch out for heavy rain & holiday traffic! • Avoid driving, especially in low-lying areas where flooding is known to occur
• Exercise caution when driving and avoid low lying roadways and underpasses
• Do not drive through deep water
• Streams, creeks and rivers may have higher water levels during and in the days after heavy rainfall – avoid such areas whenever possible
• Watch out for pedestrians and cyclists!
