  • ❤️Breakfast At Tiffany's❤️ A beautiful film. A classic that delves deep into the play of romance and feminism. It is a movie that gives bloom to the natural appeal of Audrey Hepburn and the sweet chemistry between she and his on-screen beau, George Peppard. Perhaps, it might not take all that was accounted with the original novel creation by one of the greatest, Truman Capote. But it still captured the undeniable attraction and build-up romance between the two main characters that had achieved a satisfying ending in the film. • Marilyn Monroe in The Bird Sitting at the Ambassador Hotel in New York (1956). Photo by Cecil Beaton.
From Marilyn's personal notes in 1956:
"I'm finding that sincerity and to be simple or direct as possible is often taken for sheer stupidity. But since it is not a sincere world - it's very probable that being sincere is stupid."

  • There are certain things many coaches and individuals forget to look into when entering any kind of prep or fat loss phase. When I write a clients initial program I work from the inside out. I evaluate them both internally and externally. This helps me prepare them for long term results rather than short term. We can’t always look at a diet as simple as just calories in vs calories out. It doesn’t necessarily work this way. There are so many factors that dictate whether or not our bodies are in a fat burning state. Adrenal function and fatigue, insulin sensitivity, metabolism, metabolic damage, CNS, stress, etc. If we aren’t optimally utilizing the calories that we are putting in then this will never work. You need to make sure that cells in your body are properly functioning and not damaged from excessive inflammation. I see so many people dieting and doing countless hours of cardio and their weight and body fat doesn’t budge. This is because their internal health isn’t in an optimal state. There are a few ways to go about correcting this. The first would be to decrease our training volume, not cut it completely but rather take a smarter and more optimal approach to training rather than going in the gym and doing 40 sets for arms (I’ve seen it before lol) Reducing stress. When we are chronically stressed the CNS releases glucocorticoids and catecholamines. These release glucose, fatty acids, and amino acids into our blood stream to be utilized as a form of fuel. Over a period of time this can lead damaged receptors and insulin resistance. I would also look at your digestive health and metabolism. I would address any kind of nutrient deficiencies that you may have. Then I would increase calories slowly overtime to restore metabolic function. These things all take time. Sure you could eat next to nothing and do countless hours of cardio and maybe reach that goal you’re chasing. But what about after that? You may look better on the outside. But what’s happening internally? #bodybuilding #knowledge #physique #bikini #classic #npc #ifbb #coach #personaltrainer #athlete #dpaalltheway #picoftheday #photooftheday #fitness #fitspo #instafit #transformation #clients
