  • Another round of “Clean Eating” coming at ya from my tub 🛀🏽 ❤️
Consider this your daily reminder that foods do not have moral value, moralizing foods creates unhealthy relationships with food and your own body. You can never be good or bad for eating or not eating certain foods.
Also...speaking of so called “clean” foods. 
Kale isn’t any ‘cleaner’ than doughnuts, a Lettuce wrap veggie burger isn’t any ‘cleaner’ than a sloppy joe😉 unless the doughnut or sloppy joe happen to be covered in literal dirt.

  • Buongiorno e buone feste fatte ☀️ Da oggi si riprende a mangiar sano, con poche semplici regole: ❎ non fatevi ingannare in questo periodo da pubblicità ingannevoli che vi promettono di perdere tanti kg in pochi giorni: l'unica cosa che si sgonfierà sarà il vostro portafogli ❎in questi giorni evitate di salare gli alimenti ❎ eliminate prodotti salati: inscatolati, insaccati, prodotti da forno (pane, grissini, prodotti confezionati, snack) ❎attenzione agli avanzi: non continuate a consumare colombe, casatielli, uova di pasqua anche in questi giorni ✅prediligete fonti proteiche magre: carne bianca, pesce, uova, legumi ✅ come fonti di carboidrati prediligete cereali integrali a basso indice glicemico, pane di segale, frutta di stagione ✅fate un largo uso di verdura, sia cruda che cotta ✅ bevete tanto e, se possibile, aiutatevi con tisane drenanti (centella, pilosella..) o del limone, soprattutto a colazione ✅ più che digiunare/ridurre drasticamente le porzioni, aumentate il vostro consumo calorico facendo un pò di esercizio fisico, se possibile, in sala pesi.

Avete assunto troppi 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙗𝙤𝙞𝙙𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞 in questi giorni🐷? Nessun problema! Riprendete in mano il vostro classico 𝙧𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙚, ricordatevi di indossare le 𝙨𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙥𝙚 𝙙𝙖 𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙖, e nel giro di un paio di giorni tutto ritornerà come prima... o quasi!😅

📝Magari iniziando la giornata con una colazione 𝙨𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙖 e dal giusto apporto di 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙚 (amiche dei muscoli e dell’organismo). Le proteine partecipano attivamente a molti dei processi 𝙗𝙞𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙞𝙘𝙞 del nostro corpo e favoriscono anche il famoso 𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙤 𝙙𝙞 𝙨𝙖𝙯𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙖’ per tutto l’arco della mattinata, permettendoci di arrivare al pasto successivo non troppo affamati ed evitando il classico 𝙥𝙞𝙘𝙘𝙤 𝙜𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙘𝙤 dato invece dall’eccesso di 𝙯𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙞. .

📝 Nel post ho aggiunto 𝟒 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙯𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙞 𝙨𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚 che apportano tutte le sostanze nutritive sopra descritte e che rispettano tutti gli aspetti di cui parlavo prima, aggiungendo 𝟓 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙞 di tempo rispetto a quelle dolci. 𝟏𝟎 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙞 in tutto sono i tempi di cottura delle 𝙪𝙤𝙫𝙖 e la preparazione di un centrifugato con 𝙛𝙧𝙪𝙩𝙩𝙖 e 𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙜𝙞 di 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙚 oppure una fresca 𝙨𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙪𝙩𝙖 𝙙𝙞 𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖 🍊 .

  • ¿Que acostumbras a comer en la noche? Te dejo una idea sencilla y deliciosa,  sopa de pasta de arroz, ( poca pasta) zanahoria, zuquini, repollo cortado en tiritas muy delgadas ( bastante verdura), para agregar sabor  ajo, gengibre, un poco de salsa de soya y un puñado de algas wakame. 
Sirvela bien caliente y tú estómago quedará ligero, pero satisfecho.

Well this past weekend for me is the perfect example.

Guys. 😳😳😳
I was AWFUL with my nutrition.
I had so much sugar.
And all the carbs.
I gained 3️⃣ pounds (which I was actually pretty upset about because I had reached my goal weight since being postpartum). However I did have fun! 
And know that this is life and I’ll have weekends like this sometimes. 
At least had my daily superfood shake 🤷‍♀️
But I was NOT balanced. 
However, because I've become more centered in who I am and who I am striving to be, I know that I can bounce back. 
So yes this weekend was setback, but I am stronger than the old me.

No quitting here! 
Nutrition is getting cleaned up starting today! 
Got all my *containers* in and feeling so much better already. 💚💜❤️🧡💛💙 #eattherainbow .

    Well this past weekend for me is the perfect example.

I had a bit more candy today than I was planning to, but all in all I am happy with my nutrition and fitness accomplishments today. It was a great start to the week!
