  • Truth bomb : i am rarely motivated to workout at home ๐Ÿ˜ณ
I thoroughly enjoy going to the gym and taking that time to focus on myself, but trying to workout at home with a toddler running crazy is HARD
But itโ€™s possible
You just gotta find your routine, and a good group of accountability pals ๐Ÿ‘ฏ
Usually for Tad and me that means putting him in his high chair where he can watch me and eat snacks ๐Ÿคฃ
I also wouldnโ€™t have made it nearly a year of primarily working out at home without my tribe!
For all you home workout peeps with kids, how do you get it done?!

Fat loss isn't easy but it doesnโ€™t need to be frightfully complicated.
-
My online fat loss clients are extraordinarily busy humans balancing partners, kids, careers and all the shit that life throws them in-between!
-
All this whilst still trying to look after themselves and achieve their personal goals.
-
They know the importance of looking after their health in amongst all the crazy life chaos.
-
As a coach, my approach will always be looking at ways of making things as simple as possible.
-
To be sure it fits in with their life and their nutrition level.

Too much to soon and overload happens, the capacity bucket tips over and everything then goes totally tits up.
-
So no adherence and without that no results.
-
In the beginning most folks enthusiasum  leads to a desire to wanting to change everything at once
-
They want to do all the things they've read are necessary, so eating a ridiculously strict โ€œclean " diet ( grrr food labels๐Ÿค”)starting to count calories/ macros straight away.
-
The mindset is generally "more is better" which just isn't true.
-
In fact it's this which leads people to getting overwhelmed and giving up.
-
This is why the less is more approach is a far better way to go in the beginning.
-
๐Ÿ‘‰We work on mastering the basics and making sneaky calorie saving switches like the ones shown
๐Ÿ‘‰Eating protein at every meal
๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปStarting to pay attention to whatโ€™s in their food
๐Ÿ‘‰To start taking note of everything they consume
๐Ÿ‘‰ Identifying any mindless eating habits

We layer on habits making simple nutrition switches which make them feel physically better
-
Most importantly they are easy so they can achievie them consistently and as we know consistency is key.
-
In conclusion start small and build up to the bigger changes.

Omelettes are such a great way to pack nutrients into a meal! I put things like chia seeds, garlic, shredded zucchini and carrot, mushrooms, tomato and I put some avocado, sauerkraut and even grated Brazil Nuts ontop or as a side. (And some balsamic glaze) . . .
Struggling for time? Give this a go! Its lean and delish!
