🌷 RAINBOW NUTELLA BROWNIE EASTER EGG 🌷
1 15 oz. can black beans, well rinsed
6 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup hazelnut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 tsp salt
6 tbsp ground flax
3 tbsp peanut flour
2 tbsp maple sugar
100g finely chopped pecans
. @enjoyyoso vanilla coconut yogurt
Blitz all “wet” brownie ingredients together in your #vitamix then combine with “dry” ingredients in a bowl. Press into a square pan lined with parchment paper and refrigerate. Cut out shape of an Easter egg, making mini eggs with the leftover. Decorate with naturally coloured coconut yogurt + fruit. ENJOY! 😋
Recipe: 3 cups fresh basil leaves
2-3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup hemp seeds
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
Nutritional yeast, optional
8 oz. your favorite pasta, such as fusilli (pictured)
Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender, and process until smooth. Serve with your favorite pasta, a plate of roasted veggies, or an open-faced sandwich!
*Adjust the amount of garlic you use according to your taste buds.
**You may add a few tablespoons of nutritional yeast to the pesto if you desire a cheesy flavor, or simply sprinkle some on top of your meal before eating!
For the Filling:
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 sweet potato (about 9 oz), grated
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp chili (optional)
½ tsp cumin (optional)
1 handful of baby spinach
1 cup black beans cooked or canned
½ cup corn cooked or canned
2-3 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
salt, pepper (to taste)
For the Quesadillas:
6 (gluten-free) tortillas* (about 7.5 inches)
1 cup vegan cheese, grated
3 tsp oil
Sweet Potato Filling:
Heat the oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add the grated sweet potato and roast for 30 seconds. Then add the spices and stir to combine.
Once the pan is sizzling, add a little bit of water, then cover the pan and reduce heat to low to avoid burning the contents. Cook for about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add baby spinach, stir to combine and cook for about further 2 minutes, until the sweet potato is tender and cooked through.
Stir in beans, corn, and parsley and cook for 1 minute longer, or until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Quesadillas (see video in the text above):
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and brush with a little bit of oil.
Spread about 3 tbsp of the filling evenly over half of 1 tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Cover filling with grated cheese and fold over the empty side of the tortilla, pressing down carefully by using a spatula, so that it sticks a little. (You can place 2 folded tortillas at a time in the pan).
Cook for about 2-3 minutes, flip and cook from the other side until golden and crispy.
Repeat with remaining filling and as many tortillas as needed (about 4-6, depending on the exact size).
Transfer quesadillas to a cutting board. Slice each quesadilla into three even wedges using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
Serve immediately, with guacamole or other dips of choice. Enjoy!

CARROT BANANA BREAD
Sharing one of my fave banana bread recipes, but added some carrots to make it an easter idea 😋 This recipe is from @healthyfoodie_manon and I used to make this recipe very often, but didn’t make it in a really long time because I didn’t have almond flour for a long time 🙈 But it’s backkkk and I’m sharing it today! The sweetness is perfect because of the dates. No other sweetener in here 😊

- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs (I used flaxseed eggs)
- 80gr dates
- 100gr almond flour
- 50gr flour (original buckwheat)
- 1,5 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 handfuls of mixed nuts with cranberries
- Pumpkin and sunflower seeds
* what I added to the recipe ;
- 1 cup of grated carrots
1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius.
2. Mix the dates, bananas and eggs in a foodprocessor or blender till smooth.
3. Transfer to a bowl and add in the flour, carrots, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
4. Cut the nuts in smaller pieces and add into the bowl.
5. Transfer the mixture to a baking tin, add some seeds on top and bake in the oven for about 55 minutes.

1. Skip SARAPAN
Sarapan adalah salah satu kunci utk keberhasilan diet mu dalam sehari. Waktu sarapan ideal adalah 06.00 - 08.00 . Jika kamu tidak sarapan, akan mengganggu metabolisme tubuh mu loh. Tentu saja sarapan nya harus yg bener.
2. Kontrol Tubuh Kurang
Tubuh mu adalah tanggung jawab mu sendiri. Maka berikan lah yg terbaik utk tubuh mu, seperti makanan yg sehat, air putih yg cukup, serta izinkan tubuh mu utk lakukan pembuangan melalui keringat.
3. Kualitas TIDUR
Waktu ideal utk tidur adlh 7-8jam. Proses metabolisme tubuh bekerja di dalam rentang waktu itu. Jika kamu KURANG Tidur, tentu tubuh mu akan akan terasa berat dan lelah pun menumpuk. Sebaliknya, jika kelebihan tidur pun bs menggangu pencernaan mu dan keaktifan tubuh mu.
4. TV dan MAKAN
Hindari loh yah ini. Coach sudah pernah coba dan hasilnya adalah yg awalnya hnya 1 porsi makan berat, namun krn di tambah nonton TV (apalagi film favorit), tanpa sadar PORSI nya nambah 1 (porsi besar) 😱.
Usahakan fokus makan dulu, agar porsinya bs kamu kontrol yah gaes.
5. Antara Rakus atau Memang Ngak Kenal Batasan
Tanpa sadar kita akan nambah porsi makan loh. Memang itu hal yg wajar, tp kmu hrus bs kontrol hal itu. Perlu diingat, kita MAKAN utk penuhi nutrisi tubuh, bukan utk PUASKAN hasrat saja yo. 🤣
6. Manajemen Waktu Makan Kacau
Perlu diketahui, jadwal makan yg tidak sesuai akan membuat tubuhmu TERIAK loh. Bayangkan jika tubuhmu diberikan kesempatan 5x makan, tapi kamu hanya 1 atau 2x makan??? Kamu menyia-nyiakan kesempatan itu loh. 😱 Kamu harus bijak dalam Kegiatan Seharian mu dan Kamu Juga harus bijak dalam Waktu Makan mu.
7. Luar rumah? FAST FOOD/JUNK FOOD pilihan nya
Diluar sana memang banyak food jenis itu. Disini kamu hrus pandai dalam menyikapi nya. Mngkin terdengar pilih2. Tp percayalah, kamu akan memahami tindakan apa yg hrus kamu ambil agar tetap bisa makan food itu, namun tubuh mu tetap aman2 saja.

Once I visited a beekeeper and learned how they take the honey. They have to 'smoke the bees out' so the bees think there's a fire and take shelter within the hive. Then the beekeeper has free reign to take the honey that the bees have made.
This particular beekeeper was ethical, and she left some of the honey for the bees. She explained that most beekeepers aren't so kind; they replace it with sugar water in order to maximise profits, which eventually leaves the bees depleted and prone to illness.
This made me think of how we get similar treatment. Our 'real' food is replaced by fake (and cheap) alternatives. You only have to walk down a supermarket aisle and check the ingredients, and you'll notice all the HFCS (high fructose corn syrup), aspartame, and other unnatural ingredients that lead to obesity and illness in humans.
You may also want to reflect on how us humans can get 'smoked out'. How often do you see scary (terrifying even) stuff out there in the media? What happens when you switch on the news? Does it make you feel stronger and more in control? Or does it make you feel like hiding away in your hive and wishing it would all go away?
Somebody was telling me the other day about how he got a bargain in a store - 2 bottles of soda pop for £1.99. I tried to explain that it wasn't a bargain to pay for 2 bottles of carbonated tap water with some chemicals and artificial sweeteners added to it.
Don't be like the worker bees. Don't get smoked out. Accept no substitutions. Eat (and drink) real food.

• 10g Szafi Reform negyedannyi édesítő,
• 1 csipet Szafi #reform himalaya só,
• 1 tk. vanília aroma,
• 200g víz,
• 55g #szafireform palacsinta liszt,
• 30g #szafifree zabgríz / zabdara,
• 10g Szafi Reform kókuszolaj,
• + még #szafi Reform kókuszolaj a sütéshez.
A banánt villával összenyomkodjuk. Hozzákeverjük a többi hozzávalót, legvégül a lisztet és a zabdarát.
Kókuszolajon, magasabb falú serpenyőben megsütjük. Ha nagyon ragad kanállal kis falatokat adagoljunk a serpenyőbe.
Ízlés szerint ehetjük lekvárral, joghurttal, gyümölcsökkel vagy mindennel egyszerre.

This lemon roasted salmon recipe is simple to prepare and you can have it for lunch and dinner. You can also use this recipe to prep your meals for the week to come. Here’s what you need:⠀
➡ 2 medium sweet potatoes, sliced in cubes ⠀
➡ sea salt + fresh black pepper⠀
➡ ½ tsp cumin powder⠀
➡ a few tbsp of olive oil⠀
➡ 4 cups of broccoli ⠀
➡ 340g of wild salmon filets⠀
➡ 1 tbsp of butter⠀
➡ 2 tbsp of lemon juice⠀
➡ 2 garlic cloves minced⠀
➡ some red pepper flakes and/or fresh thyme for seasoning ⠀
Directions: preheat the oven at 200 º C. Line a backing tray with parchment paper and place the potatoes on the tray. Drizzle olive oil & top the potatoes with salt, pepper & cumin. Bake for 15 min. While the potatoes bake, melt the butter and mix in the lemon juice, garlic, pepper flakes, thyme, salt and pepper. ⠀
When the timer for the potatoes goes off, remove from oven and place the salmon and broccoli next to the potatoes. Drizzle the butter mix on the fish and olive oil on the broccoli. You can top the broccoli with salt and pepper. Bake everything for another 15 min. Enjoy! ⠀

Sometimes we're so quick to believe something could be wrong with us and to see our flaws, but it's so hard to see our greatness and potential. Why is it that self doubt comes so much easier than self efficacy and confidence?
We are not born with self doubt, it is learned through being taught to compare ourselves to others, not having a strong support system, and being told that our dreams and goals are silly, pointless, or unachievable. We need to break down and unlearn these hindering beliefs we are taught throughout life. Wipe the slate clean, start over, start fresh, and stand strong and build our own beliefs. Believe in yourself, and surround yourself with people that do too 😊
Let me tell you:
Your goals are not silly, if they are important to you then they are not pointless, and you can achieve them.

4c mussels 2TB @threeempirescorporation pure olive juice 2TB chopped yellow onion 2TB chopped garlic 2TB white wine 1TB chopped fresh basil 1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2c parsley for garnish .
Soak mussels in cold water for 8mins; scrub with stiff brush; remove beard w/ sharp knife; rinse mussels again in cold water. Heat olive juice in a skillet; add mussels; cover &cook until shells begin to open, abt 2mins. Add onion &garlic; toss to mix; cook, covered, for 1 minute. Add white wine, basil, lemon juice; cook for 45 seconds. Discard any mussels that did not open. Serve in a deep bowl. Eat! 😋
