예선문제부터 결승문제까지 다 재밌었다. 
결승은 남녀 동시에 진행하고 각3분씩 기회를 주는 식으로 해서 더 대회같았다
어쩌다 남편이랑 같이 결승풀게 돼서 그저 기분 좋았던 페스티벌~😛

결승문제는 내가 어려워하는 던지지인데 두번 잡아서 행복😆

✅. If you can come to terms with the reality that it *will* take longer than you think and require more patience than you want to give, you’re well on your way to success! Seriously, this is they key!
✅. You will need to remain in a calorie deficit (where you’re burning more calories than you’re consuming). Determine your calorie maintenance & subtract 15-25% total calories off that.
✅. Reducing stress and getting adequate sleep!
✅. Avoid the cardio bunny trap - strength training will yield long term success, whereas cardio is more of a short term solution.
✅. Include cardio as needed to ensure you remain in a calorie deficit as your body adapts to your calorie intake and energy output.
✅. Again, PATIENCE grasshopper 🦗 this is key to losing body fat. It will, undoubtedly take longer than you think. But if you do it right, you’re much more like to avoid weight rebounding!

  • Loving my new rock climbing shoes! Seriously, they make so much of a difference!! Also, my hands are still so sore from today’s climb!! 😂 I’m ok with it though because I was able to hold onto a small crimp for the first time #gettingstronger I love seeing progress!
