When your ready, nothing else matters. Making the time, justifying the price, explaining to others. None of it matters. Because when your ready “YOUR READY!” The hunger takes over, the desire is to strong to think or worry about anyone or anything else.

The amount of people that I have conversations with over a space of a week, that say they are ready but don’t take action, is astronomical! Just for the record, I’m not taking about coaching here I’m taking about actually committing to removing distractions from your life that are holding you back.

When I first released my book I knew there was going to be people who didn’t necessarily agree with what I had written. And that’s ok, I’m not here to win a popularity contest, I’m here to improve people’s life’s. I also knew that I was READY! Ready to share my story to impact the life’s of thousands of people. It didn’t, and still doesn’t matter to me what people think of me. I made sure that I done so much work on myself in this area that it would take something drastic in order to effect me (we’re only human after all). That’s why my content and my message is so consistent. I was done caring and giving people my energy that offered so little in return. Harsh but true. I stand by this as part of my philosophy.

The reason I’m telling you all of this is so you wake the fuck up! Stop running your old programming- it’s not working. Stop allowing other people’s opinions to define your life and stop talking and start doing!

  • Je fais beaucoup de « PR » ces derniers temps; entrevue radio, podcast & vidéo. On m’interview sous différents angles comme la réalité d’une mère entrepreneure, le succès, l’abondance, l’argent, l’univers entrepreneurial,  etc...🎤

Les sujets sont toujours différents, mais ça revient toujours au même concept: explique-nous TA formule. Dis-nous c’est quoi LA recette et LE chemin à prendre.🤷🏼‍♀️

Ça m’a fait réaliser qu’on vit dans un monde de prêt-à-porter où on ne veut pas se laisser être débutant. On ne veut pas redevenir un élève et réellement apprendre. Les gens prennent des cours avec la mentalité que ce sera la réponse ultime à leur besoin, qu’ils n’auront pas à travailler un peu plus fort pour comprendre la matière entière et que le par coeur suffira.☝🏻

Ce que j’essaie réellement de véhiculer à travers mon message, quotidiennement, c’est qu’on est la seule raison de notre réussite. Il n’y a pas de recette magique qui va changer ta vie. TU vas changer ta vie, avec TON parcours et TES expériences. Ce qui a changé ma vie ne sera probablement pas la même chose qui changera la tienne. OUI, on peut se partager des outils, du savoir et des ressources pour simplifier notre processus. MAIS, tu dois passer par le processus, toi-même. Il n’y a pas de shortcut à l’épanouissement. 🙏🏻

  • Did you know that it’s International Happiness Day? I have to admit that I started the day feeling pretty grumpy and exhausted - and I’m sure I’m not alone in that! But I don’t want to stay in my grumpy place so have set myself a gratitude challenge. Please join me - I promise it will take under 2 minutes!

1. Grab a pen & paper or open ‘Notes’ on your phone/computer
2. Write down three things that you are grateful for…
3. That’s it - it’s so simple! But it’s a great step towards reprogramming our minds to look out for the good things in life. It doesn’t make the challenges go away but it does help us to approach them with the right mindset - and that’s got to be a good thing!

My 3 things are:
- My daughter Heidi bringing me a cup of tea in bed this morning. - I’m still buzzing from Friday when Hayley & I spent the day in the studio recording a new online course on Inclusive Recruitment. I can’t wait to see the edit next week! I’m so grateful that I get to work on projects that will make workplaces more inclusive for everyone.
- The NHS (the UK’s National Health Service). My family and extended family have used it a lot this week! Those of us who have access to free healthcare are truly blessed - thank you to every doctor, nurse, healthcare assistant, physio, chef, radiographer, and cleaner who have helped to look after my family.

This morning I'm in what I can only describe as a bit of  a brain funk. ...
It's one of those days that I question what I do and whether I really want to do it. I know exactly why I'm funky today but I'll get to that in a minute.

Every so often I need a little reminder to "Man up and take responsibility", so that's exactly what I wrote in my journal this morning. So why the brain funk today?
...
Well, yesterday I had to go to a friends funeral and it's left me feeling a bit down especially when they played Brothers in Arm by Dire Straits as the coffin was lowered. A song that is truly brilliant and haunting at the same time. ...
It was a stark reminder of lots of things. A reminder that maybe I need a holiday or a few days off. And a stark reminder that we shouldn't be spending our time doing shit we don't like.
...
Working with clients you don't like. Missing out on life. But more importantly.... Spending more time with the people we do like (and love). ...
In fact just this morning before i headed out to the gym, I got to spend 10 minutes with my 2 year old son and see his smiling face is something that I'm truly grateful for today.

Don't underestimate the little stuff, it's what makes us happy. Especially today which is apparently International Day of Happiness.

“Nasce uma mãe, nasce uma culpa.” Queria que fosse mentira, mas é assim mesmo.
O mundo diz tanto que precisamos dar conta de tudo que acabamos acreditando.
Mulher, esposa, dona de casa, mãe, amiga, profissional, etc etc etc.

Nem se fôssemos 2 conseguiríamos.

Não da para ser tudo ao mesmo tempo, mulher!

Tô aqui para te lembrar que tá tudo bem não lavar a louça, não querer colocar o filho para dormir, ou qualquer outra coisa que digam que é sua obrigação.

Você não é obrigada a nada.

Nem mesmo ser a mãe mais feliz do mundo quando o filho está querendo sua atenção para brincar mais uma vez, “é saúde!”, vão dizer, mas tem hora que da no saco, te entendo.
A gente cansa.
Mas hoje quero te propor a fazer uma coisa diferente. Quero que pare de aceitar essa culpa e comece a entender seus limites.

Quero que se ame e viva a maternidade com mais leveza.
Vamos fazer um exercício?! Escreva uma carta para si mesma.
Nela se perdoe por algum “fracasso”, demonstre afeto pelo seu eu e firme compromissos para chegar onde deseja.
Não esqueça que além de ser mãe, você é alguém.
Não deixe seus sonhos de lado, nem permita que alguém diga se é boa ou não.
Você é a melhor mãe possível!

    Nem mesmo ser a mãe mais feliz do mundo quando o filho está querendo sua atenção para brincar mais uma vez, “é saúde!”, vão dizer, mas tem hora que da no saco, te entendo.
    A gente cansa.
    Mas hoje quero te propor a fazer uma coisa diferente. Quero que pare de aceitar essa culpa e comece a entender seus limites.

    Quero que se ame e viva a maternidade com mais leveza.
    Vamos fazer um exercício?! Escreva uma carta para si mesma.
    Nela se perdoe por algum “fracasso”, demonstre afeto pelo seu eu e firme compromissos para chegar onde deseja.
    Não esqueça que além de ser mãe, você é alguém.

El PIO es un programa dirigido a coach ontológico certificado, en el que tienen la oportunidad de certificarse como Coach en Intervención Organizacional. El mismo tiene como propósito desarrollar las competencias en el arte del coaching en ambientes organizacionales.   • Tomates,lentilles et pois chiches:
4 portions
Temps de préparation : 20 min.
Temps de cuisson 25 min.

Ingrédients:
15 ml (1 c. à soupe) d’ huile d’olive
1 oignon haché
2 gousses d’ail hachées
15 ml (1 c. à soupe) de gingembre haché
30 ml (2 c. à soupe) de pâte de cari rouge
500 ml (2 tasses) de bouillon de légumes
1 boîte de lait de coco de 398 ml
4 tomates italiennes coupées en quatre
180 ml (3/4 de tasse) lentilles corail ou rouges
1 boîte de pois chiches de 540 ml, rincés et égouttés
10 tomates raisins coupées en quatre
30 ml (2 c. à soupe) de coriandre hachée
30 ml (2 c. à soupe) d’ huile de sésame (non grillé)
1 piment thaï haché

Préparation:
Dans une casserole, chauffer l’huile d’olive à feu moyen. Cuire l’oignon, l’ail et le gingembre 1 minute.
Ajouter la pâte de cari et cuire 30 secondes, jusqu’à ce que les arômes se libèrent.
Ajouter le bouillon, le lait de coco, les tomates, les lentilles et la moitié des pois chiches. Porter à ébullition, puis laisser mijoter de 25 à 30 minutes à feu doux-moyen.
Dans le contenant du mélangeur, déposer la préparation aux lentilles. Émulsionner 1 minute, jusqu’à l’obtention d’une soupe lisse.
Remettre la soupe dans la casserole et réchauffer de 2 à 3 minutes.
Dans un bol, mélanger le reste des pois chiches avec les tomates raisins, la coriandre, l’huile de sésame et le piment thaï.

Изначально стресс выполняет защитную функцию. В этом состоянии организм собирает все свои силы для решения актуальной проблемы. Энергия, генерируемая в организме, должна израсходоваться на мышечную активность. Это идеальное окончание стрессовой ситуации. Но в обществе не всегда это возможно, и тогда стресс разрушает человека.

Но человек может не просто испытывать стресс, он может попасть в состояние острого стресса . Острый стресс – реакция на кратковременный интенсивный стрессовый фактор( например, сообщили очень неприятную информацию, которая сильно "выбивает" из колеи). Ответ на раздражитель может быть достаточно сильным. Какие существуют экстренные меры самопомощи в такой ситуации❓

Предлагаем тебе 6 простых шагов:
1️⃣Если какая-либо неприятность, вызвавшая острую стрессовую реакцию, произошла среди людей, лучше всего выйти из помещения в то место, где ты сможешь побыть одна. Желательно это сделать спокойно.

2️⃣Очень хорошо, если у тебя будет возможность смочить холодной водой виски и руки.
⠀
3️⃣Осмотрись по сторонам. Изучи окружающую тебя обстановку. Осмотри постепенно все предметы в комнате. В мыслях постарайся как можно более подробно описать их, обрати внимание на детали.

4️⃣Посмотри вверх на небо за окном. Посмотри внимательно. Постарайся увидеть всё в небе. Сконцентрируйся на том, что видишь. Вспомни, когда в последний раз ты могла вот так остановиться и просто посмотреть вверх.

5️⃣Набери воды и спокойно выпей её. Обрати внимание на то, как вода растекается по всему телу. Сосредоточься на своих чувствах и ощущениях.

6️⃣Глубоко дыши. Стань ровно, поставь ноги на расстоянии 30-40 сантиметров, наклонись вперёд. Пускай руки и голова свободно свисают вниз. Почувствуй, как все части тела расслабляются. Глубоко дыши. Постой так одну-две минуты и выпрямитесь.

  • "Soms zie ik er van buiten blij uit, maar van binnen ben ik dan héél  boos!" Prachtig hoe deze jongen van 10 dit in beeld kon brengen.

Doordat hij van binnen vaak zo boos was kwam dit af en toe tot een explosie. Terwijl zijn omgeving dacht dat er eigenlijk weinig aan de hand was.

Samen hebben we zijn gevoel en prikkelverwerking in kaart gebracht, geoefend  met het uiten van boosheid én geoefend met hoe hij zich minder van allerlei zaken kan aantrekken.

Na 6 sessies heeeft hij vrolijk en vol zelfvertrouwen afscheid genomen.

Tuurlijk is hij nog wel eens boos, en dat mag ook.
Maar het ontploffingsgevaar is geweken!
