Have you ever been ready for change or something different in your life, but didn’t know where to start or felt scared? 🤷🏻♀️ I’ve been there way too many times and moving to Colorado was one of the scariest things I’ve done. Moving away from family and friends to start all over is one of the riskiest but most rewarding things in my life so far. But today, I took a STAND.
I decided to open my own online wellness business. I’m ready to feel MY absolute best, and help others do the same. 😍
Am I nervous? YES. Just typing this post I’m shaking a little bit. But for too long, I’ve been scared to even TRY, and that stops today. ✋🏼Today I started on my very first virtual bootcamp. It’s 21 Days, and I’ll be doing 30 minute workouts, following a meal plan, and feeling my best so I can help others do the same. .

🚫 Les 2 obstacles à ton rééquilibrage alimentaire 🚫
Nous sommes dans une société conformiste.
L'alimentation n'y échappe pas !
À en écouter les gens, les médias, les entreprises, tout le monde devrait s'alimenter de la même manière ⠀
Tout le monde devrait suivre la tendance.
Aujourd'hui, tu te dois d'être tendance.
Dans ton milieu professionnel, dans ta manière de t'habiller, dans tes choix de vie et même dans ta manière de manger.
Certains régimes "healthy", le bio, la mode des smoothies, ... sont de plus en plus tendance 💫
Néanmoins, le secteur de la restauration rapide, de la junk food, de malbouffe en tout genre pèsent bien plus lourd ! 🙄
Cela peut poser un réel problème si aujourd'hui tu souhaites revoir ton alimentation.
Tu peux être confronté à 2 choses :
1. La tendance
2. Ton égo.
Ces deux paramètres peuvent te freiner dans ton évolution alimentaire.
La tendance peut te pousser à consommer fast-food toute les semaines, à manger sur le pouce des plats préparés, à grignoter, ... ⚠️
Parce que c'est tendance. Tout le monde le fait. Quasi inexistantes seront les reproches.
À l'inverse prendre ton smoothie au travail, jeûner, faire attention à ta consommation de sucre, ... peuvent être étrange aux yeux de la masse 👁
Ton égo aura tendance à pencher du côté du conformisme.
Tu as alors le choix.
Vivre sur ton égo, suivre la tendance et passer tout tes week-end au mc***.
Ou tu as le choix de ne plus te préoccuper du regard des autres mais de ta santé.
Ta santé avant tout ! 👊🔥
C'est le choix que j'ai fait après mon burn-out.
Celui de ne plus être tendance !

Two things got me out of bed to workout this morning 1. My obnoxious alarm and 2. My challenge group babes!!! NOT my desire to be moving at 5am 😅
As a Coach it’s my #1 priority to show up for myself. My #2 priority is to show the eff up for my girls. And when I’m not feeling like being there for myself, my #2 priority becomes my first. 👏 it’s called accountability my dudes. And without it- I wouldn’t be holding myself to a higher standard that forces me to level up and show up. Just another perk of the job 🤷♀️
I made a plan. 2️⃣1️⃣days of 30 minute workouts, clean-ish eating and daily personal development.📘 It wasn’t 21 days of perfection. Perfection isn’t in my vocabulary. 🙅🏻♀️ I focussed on clean eating, with a few treats🌮 and only 1 glass of wine🍷 per week! You guys, that’s called willpower!!! You may not notice a great physical transformation, but on the inside I feel restored. I proved to myself that I can change a lot of things in only 21 days!
Decide what you want.
Make a plan.
And work on it
EVERY. SINGLE. DAY!
This is basically what happened to me over the weekend. Spent the holiday with my family in New York and didn’t have a minute for my phone! This doesn’t usually happen but it’s great when it does! I challenge you to do more things that make you forget to check your phone💋
I did it. I jumped on the @nespresso wagon and I’m never looking back 😂😂 I’ve got 2.5 days to get my act together before Coach Conference, and I have SO MANY exciting things to share with you all. The past few days I have had a stomach bug, and because of it I have just not been able to get hardly anything done.
Sometimes I forget how badly our bodies need rest especially in times like these and even more importantly right now as I’m at the end of my pregnancy.🤰🏽
I get used to my routine then when something like this hits me I feel like I’m falling behind on everything.
REST is so Important! Everything else will still be there waiting to be done when you are well rested! Now my little girl has the stomach bug as well, so we are both in the process of resting and healing up together. So extra cuddles all day is a must!!💕
Praying today is much better then the last 3 days, but till then I am embracing “Rest” time.

Scary post gang! 🙈
The midsection. The one area I’ve always wanted to change. Everyone has that area. So I’m not ashamed to say it.
That midsection has grown some HUGE babies (seriously huge) And given me LOTS of stretch marks. Underneath those leggings is a lot of loose skin and wrinkly saggy stretch marks that were all worth it. ••
What FASTer Way has given me is the tools to live a sustainable lifestyle. Where I don’t feel deprived, I eat and I burn fat! It also given me the mindset that I don’t have to be perfect. Every day I just try my best. Some days I fail🤷🏼♀️. Most are pretty darn good 🙂. And slowly but surely my body changed along with my mindset. Then BOOM 💥 💥 baby abs 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 ••
HECK YES I’m terrified to post this. Am I ever going to have a six pack. Nope. Do I still not really love my stomach....yes. (I’m working on it 😜) But this is real life and as a coach I want you to see that change is possible. With the right guidance and the right plan you are capable of it. ALL OF IT! ••
There is never ever going to be the perfect time to start. Don’t wait for the perfect time. If we did that nothing would happen. Just start. ••

Ask for help.
Somewhere along the way, something was engrained in us that if we ask for help, we are weak. I’m not sure where this came from, but i can only assume it’s gotten worse since the social media era took the lead & conveniently blurred every behind the scene detail of these seemingly perfect lives. I PROMISE you guys that all of those pristinely lit photos with lavish backdrops and a lovely story don’t come together thanks to one single person. We ALL need help to be successful at our goals in life and there is NO shame in that!
I personally seek assistance from my coach, my friends & family, my partner & my bootcamp to stay on track with my goals. AND I’m happy to give what I can right back to them.
“It takes a village” didn’t become an everyday saying for nothing. Don’t be afraid to ask for help in achieving your dreams, we’re stronger together my loves! ✌🏼

We are obsessed with shrinking our bodies, toning our bodies, getting lean and perking up, burning fat and slimming down, flattering our figures and flattening our stomachs, accentuating curves and disguising flaws, battling the bulge, beating the scale, dropping dress sizes, becoming the best version of ourselves that we can be! And for what?
It must be something good because ask someone who’s on Dady 5 of the cabbage diet and I guarantee they are not having fun.

Healthy breakfast before work!
Scrambled eggs with 1/4 of an avocado, spinach, mushrooms and garlic. So yummy!
For years I made excuses and gave myself reasons for not getting healthy. I didn’t have the time. I couldn’t do the workout moves. I couldn’t afford it. I wouldn’t have the support and encouragement. You name it, I found the excuse.
Here’s the reality of each of those reasons I gave myself... ❌ I didn’t have the time. ✅ I get up only 30 minutes earlier each day to do my workout. That’s it. Instead of laying in bed for 30 minutes in the morning, playing on my phone, I now get up and workout. ❌ I couldn’t do the workout moves. ✅ Lets face it, when I started doing this 3 weeks ago, I was doing modifications of the modified moves. There are still moves I have a hard time with because of issues with my shoulder and lack of flexibility (full disclosure, I HATE doing yoga because of this). But each day I get stronger, each day I can do more. It’s just a matter of you body getting used to doing it. ❌ I couldn’t afford it. ✅ How many of us have signed up for a gym membership, but then not gone? When I signed up for this challenge it was no more expensive than my husband’s annual gym membership. I’ve been doing this every day, unlike when I had a gym membership in the past and I might have gone once or twice. ❌ I wouldn’t have the support or encouragement. ✅ Have you seen your comments? You have all been amazingly supportive. Not only that, but I have a whole team of coaches like myself or other challengers, even the cast of the workout videos, that encourage me on a daily basis (sometimes even moment by moment when I need it). Full disclosure again - I have been a part of several companies in the past, I have NEVER seen the level of support and friendship in this companies as I do with this one.
So I’m going to give you all a little challenge today. Comment below with your reason for not getting healthy, whether it’s joining my upcoming challenge or any other health or fitness routine. Comment with your reasons below and let me help you find a way past them. What is stopping you?
This is a special week for me! I knew right when I signed up a year ago to be a Coach, it was going to be an amazing journey helping others with their health. What I didn't know was that I was getting such a big community of amazing, like minded, positive people...who all support each other in different ways. We are all living real life together, transforming together, finding our strengths & weaknesses along the way. I also wanted to say thanks to my Coaches for all they have done for me!
I found this image and it really has helps me remember WHY this last year has been so worth my time & effort. I'm in love with Health + Fitness and helping others. I may have been rocking last night’s slept in Kindergarten Round Up pigtails and enormous bags under my eyes, but I didn’t hit snooze when the alarm went off. I’m still in quite a bit of pain with my shoulder, but I didn’t use that as an excuse to skip. I had a laundry list of reasons to stay in bed this morning, but I chose the option that makes me better. Exercise wakes me up and careful movement is what my shoulder needs to heal. Getting up to workout this morning will help me to be a better person the rest of the day, and that’s better than any excuse or snooze button.

Do you struggle with nutrition? Do you struggle to get the motivation to want workout?
That was me over a year ago. I honestly was at a point in my life where I thought I was eating healthy-ish and my two day, maybe three workouts per week were enough for me. What I didn’t know was that I was really hurting myself. Reaching for that 2nd serving and telling myself, “it’s okay just a little more.” My workouts were mediocre and I wasn’t really seeing results either. I was just seeing the number go up and the clothes not fitting. It was making me feel miserable, unhappy, and just blah! I wasn’t really loving who I was becoming, but I also was settling for the person I was becoming. I let go of who I was during those few years. Not sure what I was doing and unsure who I was! -
Friend, don’t settle for less. Settle for more. Love the person you want to be! Learn to love the person you will become! Learn to love the skin you are in and love the lifelong journey that you will begin. Life doesn’t have to stop because you just don’t know where to begin. That is the joy of this journey, you don’t need to know what you are doing, be fit, have it all together, you just have to be you. You have to be willing to be vulnerable and able to put yourself first. There are going to be days that are going to be hard and you are going to struggle. It’s all part of the process and the journey! -
