☕️ COFFEE TIP OF THE DAY! ☕️ Latte Art 👨🏻🎨! One of the most common mistakes I see starting Baristas doing is to jump over the important steps of development as a Barista. Before you even try to make a latte art you have to learn how to pull shots and to forth milk, put most of your time in that, you must have strong basics to be better in this game. Then, after you have a nice shots&milk skills you can try to train on the “Heart”, start with that and perfect it, after you perfect it you will have some basic mental understanding of how milk behaves when you pour it into the cup. After that you can continue to more challenging pours like rosetta, tulip and swan, this will give you even more understanding of how milk behaves. When people ask me “how you doing it??” Or ”Can you teach me to do it??” My answer is always the same: Practice practice practice (I can give you some tips and guide you but you MUST practice). I promise you that after 20,000 cups trying to do Latte art you will get something, and after 500,000 cups you have high potential to be good at it; you will understand how the milk will behave with X amount of milk X amount of foam X amount of crema X amount of espresso in X size of cup and etc... You just have to pour as much as you can and you’ll get there!
