Hi everyone,so I am going to start this account by posting this healthy breakfast which was really simple to make because as a College student I figured why always complain about being broke and not being able to afford a healthy lifestyle when you can so I am going to show you my ways on living healthy and starting a good year.
So I started my day with homemade granola.
The ingredients are really basic and easy to find at any supermarket which are:
I simply put everything except dried fruits into the bowl and added milk and microwaved it for 1 minute and then added the dried fruits. That easy and it kept me full till lunch too!
