Twin Flames Collective Love Message for April 25, 2019
Sometimes, we yearn so much for the physical world to give us what we want. To have our beloved in our arms that we look past the most beautiful thing we share and that is the connection with them. We feel them without even being near them, and today spirit wants you to appreciate this. This is a double message. As you stay in the present, and as you appreciate the connection between you and your beloved, amazing things can happen. So stay in the moment, let go of your need to control the situation, and your miracle will occur. Everything will fall into place as it should, and you’d be amazed at how quickly that can occur. So give some love to the connection today and enjoy it for what it is.
Please remember to take what resonates and leave what doesn’t. This reading will not resonate with each individual. If you want a personal twin flame reading, feel free to reach out.
❦Live in love and harmony always ❦
Guess what you sort of already know but I’m going to reframe for you- there are going to be topics that you wholeheartedly disagree on with someone. Your partner, your children, your best friend, your family- like every ounce of you has a different perspective than they do. But that doesn’t mean you have to avoid the hard conversations. It means it changes the goal of the conversation. When you shift your focus to connection being the end goal, it changes everything. It allows you each to have your separate opinions and even creates space for two separate people to come together with big differences. But when you listen, empathize, and validate, it changes the course of the conversation. It breeds and builds connection even in the most difficult conversations. It’s not always about figuring out everything that comes up, so much as it is figuring out how to stay connected despite everything that comes up. Keep this goal in mind next time you enter a tough convo, and watch how it softens. Watch how we talk and open up when we feel less alone. It’s magic to transform your goal to connection. #nytherapist
Sometimes we allow ourselves to love, knowing it is only a fantasy that we are falling into. We ignore the signs, we avoid the future, we keep our illusions alive. And you know what - that’s ok.
Give yourself that passionate, crazy, makes-no-sense kind of love. Throw yourself into it and soak it into your skin. And when the moment has finished...smile. Keep the experience within your heart and out of any boxes that society tells us to live in.
The 25th poem for day 25 of national poetry writing month poetry #poem#poet#painting#hope#connection
I laid on the floor and touched
the marbled perfume of the ocean
as it washed over me, waves
of flying feathers, a fluid fire
of salted foam.
I kissed the poison of your lips,
once, and did not die as you came
over me, next to me,
inside of me.
Decay is not a breaking blue
nor a pout of ruby red.
I have drowned more, before,
on quiet corners, in safe seats,
in non-comforting crowds;
a desert of dozens all searching
for their own spotlight in place
of a single soul.
Spirit is often lost in too much light
that I wonder if the blind
see any better?
The day can be a dark dance,
fathers can decay in a garden
of wilting words
hope cannot weed out,
mothers are sometimes made
beyond the cord that was cut
from the blossom of another’s labour,
bleeding can be a rite of passage
like letting go, moving on,
blood is not always the thicker bond,
flowers can find a rhythm
in a rickety red room where the will
is willing to wait
and not be weighted.
We cannot all be angles
but we can rise upon the air we eat,
the touch we have tasted,
the flesh we have crept from,
swept upon, found a fondness for,
even in singular rooms
where naked blushes bright
upon the walls we have washed
with waves of a red raw hope
that finds root in a simple light.

I am dropping into wordlessness regularly. As I have found how linear and limiting language can be... sending you quiet moments of true presence 🌱 #paradox#silence#connection
I’ve had the honour to work one-on-one at such an intimate level with so many beautiful souls over the years. Everyone I’ve touched has been my greatest teacher along the way, quite literally “touching” the body, the skin, sharing space and breath.
Over 15 years I’ve evolved from a facialist who first looked at the skin to ‘fix its flaws’ with the use of topical products. I quickly out grew this limited way of thinking as I had person after person present to me their own unique self. With an inquiring mind I would always ask questions about lifestyle, nutrition, emotional wellbeing and was privy to the deeper personal stories each would share.
It became very clear that everything was connected. Our internal environment, every system of our physical body, the emotional wounds held at a cellular level, the food we digest, the thoughts we consume, the stories we tell ourselves. Our external environment, the seasons, the sun, the wind, the anxiety that manifests during Vata season, our relationship with nature, the air we breathe, and who we share it with.
I see the way you walk into the room, the old pains your body holds, curved shoulders protecting your heart space, the depth of your breath, and exactly when you hold it. I feel the heat of grief in your skin, the stagnant energy around an area of trauma, and deeply rooted muscular tension that’s become the norm.
Everything is connected. You are more than just this skin, much more than your physical body.
This I know to be true.
Take time to connect with friends and family. This seems like a no-brainer, but taking time to connect with those that truly care about you is a gift to yourself. Laughing with friends can turn your day around. Talking to people you trust when you’re having a bad day can lighten the load you’re carrying, and leaning on someone you love when you need help can be a life saver. So take some time today to connect with the people that are important to you. Share a smile, laugh a little, or just spend time hanging out with someone who makes you feel good.
Indulge in the gift of connection. #wordsofwisdom #lifemoments #positivity #support #mentalhealth #teenwisdom #teenmentalhealth #connection #friendship #love #peaceofmind #calm #pwrfullyyou
How do you like to relax? Is it a day at the spa? Is it a weekend at the beach? Is it hiking in the mountains?
We all have our favorite way of recharging our batteries. Sometimes we need to do it as a couple, sometimes we need to take some time alone to reconnect with our self and tap into source energy.
How intentional are you when it comes to couples care and self-care?

it’s 5:55 am as i write this and I feel alll sorts of feels. have you ever felt something so deep in your bones but been so scared to express and share it with the world? I’ve been feeling this way for quite some time but, that fear will no longer walk in front of me.. now we’ve learned to dance. that inner mean girl has been trying to protect me for so long. now I say thanks but, I don’t need your help anymore.
you see when you see things that others can’t, clairvoyance.. and feel things others don’t.. people say you’re so weird and it can be very lonely. I’ve naturally distanced myself from so many relationships in my life because I truly never felt like I fit in. that natural rhythm of this world right now didn’t feel right and now I know why.
but this sight and intuition is a gift and as I dive deeper and deeper in my subconscious I realize that regardless of where people meet me, I stand strong on my own.
so here it is. I’ve see spirits and feel them, not all the time but I’ve had some very intense meetings with some. I’ve had visions in my mind that would appear and they weren’t meant for me but, for others I’ve been communicating with.
I can feel people energies so deeply that at times I use to confuse them as my own. I attract people with deep wounds into my life because I naturally want to heal. however, we all know that we can not heal someone, we can provide a safe space for them to heal. i have an intuitive connection to animals and feel like I understand what they’re saying... I know I’m not alone with this 😂💕
these are a few of my many gifts, they’re what make me unique and instead of being scared of them, I’ve learned to embrace them. I believe we all have these gifts, our great great ancestors have been reaching out to us to tap into this for long. to bring more consciousness to this world and heal the pain we’ve created.
always remember.. we’re all a little weird in this world. & we’ve got a wonderful place to dance in unison with eachother.
express, don’t repress. 🔑💛🐉🌟
that is the key to B E I N G.
⚡️FIERCE WORDS OF TRUTH ⚡️ This holds so true when we speak of these transitions into motherhood. We often speak of “the loss of the maiden identity”, but how amazing to think of these spirits as cheering us on for who we are today. Hitting those heart strings @jennracioppi ✌️💚🙌.
Today is my day off - the washing machine has been run and the dishwasher is empty - that is the extent of the housework I have dealt with. It is so easy to get caught up in the to do list, to work against the clock to proudly show off a checked off list at the end of the day....but not today❤️ Today I had hair therapy and laughs with my good friend Nina, a lovely impromptu lunch and chat with former colleagues/dear friends and a chat with a mama that like me has and is fighting for her kiddo. This life is short, I chose my circle - I don’t make enough time for connection, I aim for productivity but at the end of the day -connection is way more important.

Yoga in one word to me is about connection and the truth is I couldn’t sum it up in one photo. I am missing so many people in these pictures but yoga compliments my life because it has taught me strength, compassion, understanding, patience, frustration, hard truths, empowerment, joy, and ultimately and so much more. I practice because it fills me up and I teach because it soothes my soul. This is why I Yoga. Shoutout to all my people pictured and not pictured here for being a part of connection and shared space. All my love 🙏🏼 #helloyoga#Yoga#grateful#coloradoyoga#ltemployee#lifepoweryoga#community#connection
The writing on the wall was pretty apparent. I drank my single tear serving, tucked my tail and made my way back home. Not wanting to compound any uneasy feelings, I quickly cast all thoughts aside and surrendered to my eyes once more. Lids closed, I sank further into a state of lucidity. The Shaman chanted no more; to be replaced by single strums on a corded instrument. (Didn’t sounds like a guitar.) From this place I’m pretty sure my super power took over. I felt neither cognizant of Aya, or slumber, for I may have drifted off into the ethos. My guess is I shut down. Might of been Aya overload or emotions I didn’t feel like processing. Either way, I was genuinely startled when I felt her presence check in on the gentleman to my right, asking way more questions then I was prepared to answer. Ultimately, she wanted to know how we were and prepare us for closing ceremony. (So much to process in a short amount of time.) I’m not sure how this came up, but while she was chatting with Michael, on my left, she asked us both of we were willing to be taught the process of Aya’s creation. An immediate yes came to mind. And so I’ve aligned. Closing ceremony gave everyone a chance to share their experience. Not ever would I’ve guessed the myriad of reasons my brothers and sisters were there. Respecting their privacy, I’ll just say that tremendous healing took place that night. On multiple mental, physical, karmic and dimensional levels. I find it astonishing how courageous individuals are when willing to share. I hope you know one of my mantras by now, “vulnerability on the table, they cease to become.” Reclaim your power through ownership. The opportunity to convey our experience was accepted 11 out of 12 times. The one gentleman who chose not to share was packed up and ready to leave immediately after. In lieu of an extremely important concept, “spiritual tact,” I bid him all the energetic love his everything was willing to accept...and off he went. With love and compassion, I hope he finds what he’s searching for. The Shaman picked up on this as well and even made a joke. Should she of?
Passing by the river on my way back from a meeting in Aviemore I felt to stop and say hello. Living a few miles away from this incredible wild river has changed me in ways I can’t quite explain. As I arrive at this spot I greet the trees, the birds, the river and rocks out loud. Wild places have names, they speak. I think all atheists must live in the city. #rewildyourlife#rewilding#deepnature#ecology#scotland#homecoming#connection

Meet Lori! She lives in Harrogate and comes from Atlanta, Georgia. You may have met her if you went along to the 'Darkness to Light' immersive art exhibition over Easter weekend. She did a wonderful job organising it with the Hope Creatives team. We want to share a bit more of her creative story...
“I recognised that I had a natural talent in art while I was in highschool but did very little with it. I would fiddle with paints from time to time, but found it difficult to really focus on it while my children were younger. I would also feel very frustrated when I painted because I'm the type of person who needs to know that there's a deep purpose behind what I'm doing, it's what motivates me. And at that time I was only focused on trying to paint instead of *why* I was painting. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But at some point, when my children were toddlers, I began to recognise that painting and creativity were a form of intercession and worship. So one day, while my toddlers were asleep, I felt inspired to intercede for the Church through painting. It was the first time I truly enjoyed painting and found my purpose and a real connection to creativity.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I didn't really paint again after this, because it was too much for me while raising children. Many years later, we moved to Harrogate. Now my children are teens and I'm not working a full time job, so I decided to allow myself to truly focus on painting and see what happened. I started painting on a large canvas for my kitchen. I decided to paint a fond memory I had of walking with God in a vineyard. I began to notice that every time I painted I could feel God's presence in a more tangible way. I told my church small group about this new venture and that I was going to keep focusing on painting.
Courageous leadership is about connecting from the heart: embracing and telling your own story, sharing your dreams and ambitions and daring to stand alone. And trough connecting with yourself being able to connect deeper with others, daring to take a step back and serve others so they can shine 🌊
It's not about being perfect. It's about daring to go on the journey 🌊
Our breath is powerful.
Reposted from @birthfit - ✨ Polyvagal Theory ✨ If you have been to any of our seminars or our BIRTHFIT Prenatal Series or even worked with @lindsey_k_mathews as a doula client then you know we geek out on the Polyvagal Theory. Long story short, this theory gets into the evolution of our nervous system and how we perceive safety. The Polyvagal Theory states that our nervous system has evolved into a three part hierarchal system- social engagement or newer myelinated portion, then activation aka sympathetics aka fight or flight, and then the freeze or immobilization state aka more primitive, unmyelinated or parasympathetic shock. Porges, author of Polyvagal Theory, was one of the original trailblazers saying that we could influence our nervous system, more specifically our autonomic nervous system. 🤓
In life, and throughout the motherhood transition, we have tools available to us at all times- our breath, sound, and movement. These tools can be used to enhance a feeling of safety and/or groundedness.
✨Self Regulation ✨ We all have the right to feel safe. So, the next time you are feeling anxious or insecure, take a step back and be an observer of your body. See if you can breathe, move, or make sounds in a way to make you feel a bit safer in the moment. Reminder, we have our breath, sound, and movement available to each of us during all life’s big transitions, including birth 😉💚 #birthfit#birthfitaf#breath#fitness#nutrition#mindset#connection#polyvagaltheory#sciencemeetshippie#levelup - #regrann
ANNOUNCING.. NEW! Summer Beach Walk 4-WEEK Program!
Summer is just around the corner, and since I do not offer a summer hiking session, I have been asked by many of you to put together a beach walk program for the lazy days of summer, so here it is!
As summer approaches and the days get hotter, the snakes come out (EEK!) in the mountains, and what a better place to connect than our beautiful beach! I will be offering a 4-week Beachwalk Program that will include a lovely walk on the boardwalk, emotional connection through sharing and bonding as well as a meditation. Think of this as my hiking program... but on the beach! I always end our hiking sessions with this beach walk and it is always a group fave!
Each week we will share our discoveries for the intentions that I give to and listen to others discover their own. I look forward to learning from each of you as we walk the boardwalk together, while listening to the crashing of the waves, feel the ocean breezes, feel the sunshine on our shoulders, getting some vitamin D, relax, connect, share and get away from the noise in our lives.
Join us in June as we discover the serenity the pacific ocean brings for us. www.lisataitelman.com. SUMMER BEACH SESSIONS:
"Since most people believe that crying *is* the hurt, stopping a child's cry makes an adult feel like he has helped. But crying is not the hurt itself! The hurt jammed the child's thinking in the instant *before* she cried. Crying is the healing process." -Patty Wipfler, Listen.
I used to be uncomfortable with my children's tears. Hearing my child cry made me anxious and my instinct was to use whatever worked to stop the tears as quickly as possible (usually comforting away the tears right away). I'm still learning to shift my mindset around crying - it is not only okay, it is helpful! It releases tension and allows a child to process emotions and heal from pain.
We don't need to shut down our child's tears. We just need to sit with them while they cry. We don't need to tell them what they're feeling, we just need to listen. It is in those moments where they need us the most. It is in the times of fear, frustration, and disappointment that our greatest and deepest opportunities for connection reside. May we learn to push through our own discomfort so that we don't miss those chances to be fully present.

I'm curious: Do you work all or in part for yourself, or have some sort of creative or entrepreneurial project that's important to you?⠀
This question came up in the Q&A panel at least week's event, and I was frankly surprised when about 70% of the audience raised their hands. ⠀
I found that inspiring. ⠀
What about you? Do you have your own business, side project, group or organization? If so, please leave the link or tag yourself in the comments.⠀
Good for you. Keep going :)⠀ Much love,
I recently spoke to a friend who shared how she's been feeling aloof and desperate to anchor.
She mentioned sharing this sensation to someone very close to her and the question that was asked was "What's the plan then?" She then shared how challenging it is for her to come up with "a plan" when she feels her energy is so off balance.
For many, we need the sensation of security to feel grounded and anchored in our actions moving forward.
This leads me to wonder, when someone expresses feeling aloof, ungrounded, and maybe even unsure and insecure in their life situation why not first thank them for their vulnerability and willingness to share a feeling that many people would stuff inside? Then instead of asking for their "plan". Why don't we simply ask: • Are you happy? • What do you need to be happy right now?
• How can I help with this?
• Would this help you to feel better in your situation?
Through these questions I believe a plan occurs organically. Unforced and supported.
So, what is it that YOU need right now in order to feel happy?
The day before Good Friday, I coached an incredible woman. Smart, switched in, tuned in. Part of me thought, can I really help her? She’s already done a lot of work, what if I can’t help her find her blind spots?
Thing is - I always do. I’m your mirror. And - just as I’ve personally learned this weekend - you cannot heal in isolation.
You heal through connection
You heal through being seen
You heal through being heard
You heal in the arms, heart, and soul of another
Another who is healthy, who is willing, who is your mirror
This is the magic of the work I do.
I see you
I hear you
I reflect to you
I call bullshit when necessary too 😉
Point is. If you’ve retreated and isolated for long enough - perhaps it’s time to heal through connection
I invite you to join my coaching bootcamp starting May 7
I invite you to enter into community and connection
Know your needs are important
Know others are a safe sounding board
Know that connection is safe
The details are in the comments
Don’t stay silent - reach out. Message me and we’ll talk. I’m happy to answer any Q’s 💞💞
