Why do so many hate watching themselves on film.
I love it, whether it sucks or not, I never cringe. I’m too excited, seeing proof I’m doing it!
I may feel a bit tense for 5 minutes before going live, but I feel great every moment leading up to that 5 minutes, as soon as I commit to it and every moment after.
What’s the worst that will happen?
Make your initial goal to suck at whatever your venturing into,
Embrace the suck

Embrace the whole path, not just the goal line.
If you sign up for a marathon, you tell yours you hate running (while your training) yet when you get around people you know, you brag out of pride, how often and hard you’ve been training.
Live in the prideful narrative, while struggling through the training.
