Recipe:⠀
For the sweet & sour dumpling filling:⠀
Heat 2 tbsp canola oil in a pot over low-medium heat, added 1 small onion (chopped), 3 cloves of garlic (minced), a ca. 2 cm long piece of ginger (minced), 1/2 small cabbage head (finely chopped) and let everything cook for about 3-4 minutes before adding 200g chopped mushromms.⠀

Then, let everything cook for another minute and added 1 tsp salt, 1 1/2 tbsp. flour, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar and 2 tbsp brown sugar.⠀
Stir everything together and after ca. 5 minutes the filling was read.⠀
This recipe makes enough filling for ca. 26 dumplings.⠀

For the chili broth that goes on top of the steamed dumplings mix together 100ml vegetable broth, 1 tbsp canola oil and 1 tsp chili flakes. Enjoy!

▶️INGREDIENTS:
2 cups frozen peas (defrosted)
2 tbsp mint sauce
2 x 400g tins of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1 onion
2 cups breadcrumbs
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 garlic clove
salt and pepper
oil for frying
For serving:
vegan garlic sauce
tomato chutney
rocket
red onion
tomato
5 burger buns
▶️Method:
1. Soak the frozen peas in hot water for 10 minutes.
2. Add the peas, mint sauce, chickpeas, onion, sunflower seeds, garlic, salt and pepper to a food processor and pulse the mixture until it reaches a rough consistency. Avoid processing the mixture too much because it will be harder to shape into patties.
3. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl. Add the breadcrumbs and mix together until everything is fully combined, then shape the mixture into 5 evenly shaped patties. If the patties aren’t quite holding their shape, simply add more breadcrumbs until they reach a firm enough texture.
4. Add a little oil to a frying pan. As soon as the oil is hot, add 2-3 patties to the pan at a time and fry for 5 minutes on each side, or until they become golden brown.
5. Build each burger by spreading 2 tsp of garlic sauce on the bottom of a burger bun, then add a small handful of rocket, 1 patty, 2 tsp of tomato chutney, 2 slices tomato, 2 rings red onion and top with the remaining half of the bun.

  • Закусочный рулет из лаваша с тунцом

Лаваш армянский большой - 1шт 
Тунец консервированный - 1банка 
Огурец свежий длинный - 1/2шт(или 1 маленький) 
Яйцо - 2шт. 
Сыр твердый - 50г 
Листья салата, пучок укропа 
Для соуса: 
Майонез - 3ст.л. 
Сметана(или сливки 35%) - 3ст.л 
Чеснок - 1долька 
Соль, перец черный ⠀
Тунец размять, огурец нарезать соломкой, яйца(отдельно белки и желтки), сыр натереть на мелкой терке (можно все тереть при формовании рулета) . Листья салата порвать, укроп мелко порезать. 
Для соуса: смешать майонез, сметану смешать с мелко натертым чесноком, посолить-поперчить. 
Лаваш разрезать на 3 части. Первый лист лаваша смазать соусом(1/3), посыпать зеленью, выложить листья салата и натертый сыр, накрыть вторым листом лаваша, так же смазать соусом, зелень, ровным слоем белки яиц, огурец; сверху третий лист лаваша, соус, зелень, тунец, желтки яиц. Свернуть в плотный рулет, завернуть в пленку и убрать в холодильник. При подаче рулет нарезать на порционные кусочки. Приятного аппетита!

  • Honestly, I know it’s only been 2 days, but I’m 100% here for spring. Today I was cooking an amazing Grilled Honey- Sriracha Chicken Sandwich, and all I wanted was to go outside, fire up the grill, grab the volleyball and crack a few Coronas with the boys. These are some of my favorite spring/ summer traditions. Let me know yours in the comments down below.

Tartare de saumon, avocat, ciboulette, échalote et citron vert autant vous dire que c'était une tuerie ( merci mon mari d'amour ❤️@stjb46 ) et en accompagnant des chips de carotte au thym 🥕.
Voilà après mon gros problème, les quantité dans l'assiette pour le soir je sais que ça fait beaucoup 😔.
