I chose Club Pilates because I needed an instructor-led workout that I could do safely with my back injury. The flexible scheduling works really well, I like to have the option of which time, class, and instructor I book with. I have found that every class is unique, as we are always doing new things, with new challenges. The entire staff at Club Pilates have made this a positive experience for me. It is my Happy Place!
Since starting Pilates in November, I am more aware of my posture. I am getting stronger and I have more energy. For the first time ever, I look forward to working out.

I used to be really into pull-ups #beforeyoga when I was a #gymrat but I gave all that up.. I’ve been compensating by doing pole work which is also great for pulling but I don’t do it often enough 😢😢😢 But I want my body to be balanced and healthy so I need to get on it, hopefully this challenge will get me on the path again.
I had to take my bar off cuz it ruined the doorframe 😱😱 so I used my #aerialhammock today, but I promise to go out into the world and find a bar tomorrow!

If your at an all time low right now, don't give up....things get better I can promise you that, but it takes a will to make a change. Dedication for days/weeks/years....Even if you only have change in your pocket, believe in the universe, it always works out. Just keep pushing forward with nothing but good intentions...if what your doing isn't getting you anywhere, it's probably because your doing it with the wrong intentions. Healthy hamstrings allow for efficient movement of the pelvis. When the hamstrings are tight, it puts your pelvis in a posterior pelvic tilt causing excessive strain on your low back. Keeping them flexible is integral to a healthy back!
