Island of Brač 🏝
The reason why we went to the island of Brač was because we wanted to visit “Zlatni Rat beach” or “Golden Horn”, one of the most famous and unique beaches on the Croatian coastline. This beach is a spit of land with a remarkable shape, it looks like a small tongue stretched into the sea. 🌊
(You can actually see this beach on this picture, it’s at the top on the left). We saw this beach on every billboard in Makarska and got very curious! We also wanted to film this beach from above with a drone. 🚁📽
⛴ How to get there?
You can go to Brač by a ferry ⛴ form Makarska-Summartin or Split-Supetar.
The prices for ferry Makarska-Summartin:
👤 Adult passanger - 30Kn (4€)
🚘 Car - 150Kn (20,3€)
We drove from Summartin to the town of Bol and after that we had to walk like 20 min to get to that Zlatni Rat beach. It turned out that it was extremely windy there that day! 😮💨 (no wonder there were so many windsurfers) The beach was full of people but only few were swimming in the sea because it was so cold and windy 😁 It was also impossible to film with a drone because of the wind. The water was crystal clear and very beautiful but we didn't want to stay there for long. So we just took a little tourist train and went back to the Bol. 🚂
If you are interested in sports activities than Zlatni Rat is a great place for you! It offers windsurfing, pedal boats, jet-skis, scuba diving, volleyball and other fun summer activities. 🏄🏻♀️🤽🏼♂️🚣♀️

Yas to boat tours in the Mediterranean Sea ⛵️ Nothing better than cooling down in the ocean after sunning on deck
Oh Croatia, we're so glad to have met you last year !

Walking the walls of this place will take you back. For some of these walls, they have been the shield to Dubrovnik for 500 years - hundreds more in some places. Amazingly, the city does not have a single view that will disappoint. If you visit Dubrovnik, you will not be let down end of story.

Incredible Omiš 😍🏞🌅
Omiš is a town in Croatia, situated 25 kilometers south-east of Split. We didn’t plan to go to this town from the beginning. We saw this town when we where on our way from Split and decided to visit it! This town is like a mini mix of my two favorite cities, Venice and Hallstatt. There are both river and sea, mountains and pretty houses by the water. 😍
I recommend to climb the Mirabella fortress, the view was outstanding there 🌅
Omiš is also a great place for rafting 🛶😊👌🏼
🇬🇧 All of our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them.
▷ Our dream has always been to explore. Both of us have had a lust for travel early on! But the American dream doesn't exactly support quitting your job and spending your life savings to travel full time. Where we come from, the pre-disposed steps you're supposed to take are:
1. Get married
2. Buy a home
3. Get a dog
4. Have a baby... That's what we are told to live for.
But what if those things in that order don't make you happy? What if you're not ready for that type of commitment? And who's to say that you can't have the best of both worlds between the American ideal and a wanderlust spirit to travel?
So we are rolling the dice and taking a chance to have both because why not? Life is a precious gift and none of us know how long we have so why not live it to the fullest with the time we can guarantee. We left our perfect jobs and dream home a year ago and we can confidently say it was the best decision we've ever made!
Follow your dreams. They are worth pursuing.
And you never know how they just might change your life for the better.
