  • Our signature product, the #Mugena Hot #PepperSauce, was adopted from an old #family recipe to provide our #customers with a hot sauce that was packed with health benefits, full of flavour and still maintain a reasonable level of heat. Most of the #products available at the time were not appropriate for our customers because they used flour or starch to bulk up the product, they had added sugar and added salt and most had some form of artificial preservatives to increase their shelf lives.

  • I made a post yesterday about appreciation being one of the ways of keeping your staff and here are some tips on ways to express appreciation.

1. Words of appreciation
2. Little gifts (can even be as little as biscuits and chocolates)
3. Award programs
4. Training
5. Extra time off
 6. Social Media recognition
 7. Free lunch

However, please note that it is important to appreciate in a way that your staff will appreciate (I hope you get my drift) so I would suggest offering them a couple of these options to choose from or you may even allow them come up with their options, especially if you are including it in your company policy (not a one off thing).

  • What you like doing+what your good at+what people will pay for=your ideal business! This one is a model i really like. Put these ingredients together and your probably find the best solution for yourself! You have to like your work to prevent getting worn out after a while. You need to be good at your work to make great things. You need to have something to offer to people, something that can catch their attention and that they will buy, if not, its worthless and a waste of time!
