WHY DO I CUT?
When I started to lose weight, it was amazing for me to change not only how I looked but how I felt. I was introduced to a whole new lifestyle of feeling energized, hydrated, strong, confident. I look forward to each day and a chance of improving and that’s something I really couldn’t admit to 2 years ago. When I started to watch other people on IG bulk and cut it was amazing to me to see others get bigger, muscle wise during a bulk then put on more size as they cut because of that off season and gaining phase. Long story short, we are capable of SO DAMN MUCH. I love proving myself wrong day by day. I never thought I’d make it to half way of where I am right now. And for that I am grateful day in and day out.
BTW new PR of 115 for singles on bench today, I remember almost a year ago when I started lifting I was so anxious to hit 135 (2 big babies) on bench, and i’m so close it feels surreal. Stay consistent, stay hungry.

It's a slow process but keep on truckin. It's no fun kicking your own ass but in the end it's all worth it.im hooked.
