  • #tbt Research shows that chronic stress results in chemical responses in the brain that keep us amped up. This can become addictive because we start to rely on that stimulation. When you start to feel overwhelmed by unhealthy levels of stress, there are simple coping mechanisms we can use to manage it. It is important to know that sometimes we pick up feelings from others and carry them as our own (this is called enmeshment) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
How is this stress affecting me? - is it causing you to lose focus? Are your shoulders tense? Are you procrastinating a lot? Are you getting irritated at your spouse or kids?

What can I control and what is out of my control? - Identifying what you can control will allow you to pinpoint things you can work on to reduce stress. It is also very useful to figure out what is beyond your control and work to be at peace with it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Will anything change if I worry about it? - I love the quote “worrying is like a rocking chair. It gives you something to do, but it does not get you anywhere”. Usually, our worries seem larger than they are and they take away from everyday joyful experiences. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What boundaries do I need to set right now? - this is an important one to ask because you might be over-committing, or feel like you are under extreme pressure. Identify what boundaries you need to set and make them a priority. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What do I need to de-stress? This is where self-care comes in. Take some time out to do something for yourself that makes you happy. Be present while you do this and allow yourself to not worry about anything during this time.

  • Focusing on breathing, like 10 times/h will blow away your mind&body stress in the daily life. The brain will be more aware of its thoughts and feelings (like anger or anxiety). Belly smooth motion will allow the brain to easily watch the feelings when they want to burst out. Then, understand them and understand our reactions. It will disminuish their importance.

It's only when we are not aware of them that we get carried away (ex : someone yelling " no ! I'm not angry ! "), because it comes naturally.

Sideline to work on :
Being aware of your body movement when walking, running. Of your posture when sitted.
Having an about-turn sight helps the brain for an overall view

Revenir à la respiration 10 fois par heure par ex va deprioritiser notre quotidien, nos pensées, et nos émotions (notamment la colère ou l'angoisse). Grace au mouvement régulier du ventre, on va plus facilement repérer ces émotions quand elles voudront sortir. Et le fait de les voir, de comprendre pourquoi elles sortent, de comprendre nos réactions, va les deprioratiser. 
C'est que lorsqu'on en a pas conscience qu'on se laisse emporter (ex d'une personne qui hurle "non ! Je suis pas en colère la !"). Car ça vient tout seul, ça paraît naturel.

En faisant 15000 choses en même temps est stressant. Revenir sur une chose à la fois et remettre en question notre "productivité".
Doing a 1000 of things at the same time is stressful. Getting back on breathing helps to do things all along the time. And call into question the productivity. 
Activités annexes à travailler :
Prendre conscience du mouvement lorsqu'on se déplace,  ou de la position quand on est statique. Avoir un regard ouvert à 180 degrés aide à avoir une vision globale sans se laisser prendre par un détail, une situation en particulier.

  • The struggle is real my peeps, being a mom is one of the toughest jobs in the 🌎 And at times we may feel like we’ve failed, but let me tell you this➡️ keep showing up for your kiddos because they think the 🌎 of you! .
I find that if I stick with a consistent routine of 💪🏼 and fill myself with more 🥗 than 🍷, I’m more on top of things. Not everyday, but I’d like to think most days. .
And, to help with the everyday chaos, I turn to my “mom hour energy” 🙋🏻‍♀️ Instead of a cup of coffee when I wake up, I take a scoop/shot/drink daily (that’s equal to a cup of coffee but with green tea leaf) and it truly helps not only press play, but to give it my all while working out in my living room at 5am ☀️ .
Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE coffee, but I can’t handle the caffeine; I get heart palpitations, super dizzy and overall yuckiness 🥴 My go-to’s are Matcha, Chai Teas when I want something warm 🍵 .
Those of you that have been following me for a while, thank you for your continued support and let me apologize for calling it “momcrack”. I thought it was a fun name but I may have rubbed people the wrong way. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Acabo de mirar y desde Julio pasado que no os enseñaba mi rutina 😱
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- empiezo limpiando rostro con gel limpiador (aunque la textura es mas de 'pasta' espesa) de la marca @rosette.official que me traje de Japón. Esta es la versión iluminadora y me esta gustando bastante,  de los limpiadores en gel que traje de allí es el único que no noto que me reseque y limpia bien. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- la loción Skin conditioner de #Naturie también me encanta, es muy hidratabte y la uso como tónico desde hace bastante. Como veis el bote da para meses. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- el contorno de ojos de #Purebess 'Galactomyces 80', se la vi a @africamontejo y la verdad que me está gustando mucho y claro con la cantidad que trae para ser un contorno también me va a durar la vida 😂
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- luego como crema hidratante uso el 'Skin conditioning gel' de #Naturie, ambos productos son superventas en Japón y económicos. Aunque este no lo traje sino que lo compré despues en eBay. Es un gel muy hidratante que realmente allí se usa tanto en cara como cuerpo. Son 180gr de producto que yo de momento solo le doy uso facial (también durará un montón) . Me encanta,  es un gel muy acuoso e hidratante, super agradable de ponerte y que se absorbe rápido. Se lleva bien con el resto de productos (sérums,  protección solar,  maquillaje...) que le quieras poner encima. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- por último el protector solar con el que salgo puesto de casa es este de @etudehouseofficial con SPF50+ y PA++++. Es ligero,  no huele a protector y funciona bien de prebase. Luego durante el día reaplico pero otros. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Como podéis ver mi rutina de mañana es íntegramente asiática! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

All you do is make a list of the people you find yourself spending the most amount of your time with and categorize them between those who bring you energy and joy, and those who deplete you. ⁣

Those who lift, encourage, push, support, challenge you from a place of love.⁣

Those who deplete you, discourage, demotivate, minimize, complain. ⁣
⁣
You don't have to cut people off altogether. However, as the 80/20 rule states, I'm willing to bet that out if a list of 10, 2 of them light you up inside. The other 8 are casual, amicable, convenient, or arranged friendships that result from friends and family. ⁣

Was denn da los mit mir ... keine Routine in Sicht. Das ist im Falle von Instagram gut, ich möchte ja nicht, dass Instagram meinen Rhythmus bestimmt - meinen täglich womöglich noch. Aber was ich aktuell wirklich vermisse ist mein tägliches kleines Kritzelerlebnis. Aktuell zeichne ich viel für Kunden und wenig für mich. Jetzt versuche ich es mal mit einem kleinen Trick 😉. Ich hab mir ein Daily Happy Sketch(Note) Book gebastelt - für die Hosentasche. Das Ganze aus einem A4 Papier. So gibt es keine Ausreden mehr. Warum es Happy Sketchbook heißt ist relative einfach erklärt ... ich zeichne da EINE positive Erfahrung des Tages rein. Wenn ich mir dann die Woche rückblickend anschaue, werde ich sicher total happy sein 😉🤩 ... WOW - so viel POSITIVES. Wer mitmachen möchte, kann sich das Template über mein Profil und dem Linktree herunterladen. • Morning: I wakeup with the sun, when everything is silent and the world feels like it’s sleeping. I make a warm beverage, light incense, and focus on all that’s good in my life for 15 minutes. I match my clients during these hours when my intuition is heightened and I can sense when two people will really be a good match. I personally match all Ambiance clientele so this takes a good portion of my morning!

• Afternoon: Before jumping into my afternoon routine, I go for a quick run to get my blood flowing. My afternoon consists purely of interviewing clients. Each interview is at least 90 minutes so this fills up my afternoon quite quickly! I love transitioning from a quiet morning to an active afternoon. All of my interviews are with such interesting and energizing people, it’s like getting a coffee buzz (though I don’t drink coffee).

• Evening: Since I start work so early, I normally wind down my day around 4pm. My evenings are for reading, watching documentaries, and catching up with family and friends. Being a company owner can be stressful at times, so it’s important to balance it with activities that bring me peace and joy.
