Here’s the story:
@seriouslytwistedyogi and I have been working together online since September. He started with my Targeted Back Flexibility, then regular monthly check-ins, AND attended one of my Elusive Upper Back virtual workshops. So now we’ve met at least once a month since October, and every time I see him he’s made big gains! As you can see from the photo, there’s a huge improvement in his hips and shoulders, and his upper back is really moving now as well. So so so proud of this, Hamish! 💛
Side note: Hamish is over 40, so just remember that you’re never to old to get better! You just gotta put the work in 💯

@thesisdance 2020 is legit my Nr 1 dance event I have ever been to. The Music, Vibe, People and Honest Love & Devotion echoed through the whole event and inspired not only it's participants but also the judges, staff and organizers them selfs.
We where all ingredient to the energy but also the experiencers of it.
