I’ve realized that the bigger your muscles get, the tighter your muscles are. This is correlated directly with your joints! If you neglect your mobility work your joint will feel it. For me it’s been a game changer to warming up each body part efficiently before going into any lifts.

I get this from a lot of people , I did really good today I only had a breakfast and a dinner.
Broad statement but what was good about it , is it the fact they only ate twice nobody really knows.
If it was good or not it depends on what your goal is , if your goal was fat/weight loss and ate two meals plus you hit the highest amount of calories for a calorie deficit well yes that would be defined as good. if your goal was putting in weight/putting on muscle and ate two meals which made you hit a calorie surplus well yes that would be defined as good.
