You can’t have a bad day in polka dots & lunch at @eatnorthitalia Happy Spring💛
A few weeks ago, I asked you guys what you want to see more of from me. #denver spots was a big one along with fashion, so why not tie the two together.
North is one of my go-to spots in Cherry Creek. Pretty much everything on the menu is delicious, but my top 3 faves are the sangria, mussels, and the tiramisu.

Find someone who wants to invest in you, learns from you, wants to see you win, and supports your visions. Most importantly, find someone who takes their coffee the same way you do 😉 @landtitle.liza thanks for being that person 😘
#tbt to #spring 2017 the last time I had an outdoor garden and grew #cherrytomatoes and #cucumber . I can’t wait to get out there and start gardening and landscaping this spring! Ps. I also grew a forest of basil. At the time I didn’t own a food processor so I had to make a hand chopped pesto all summer but it was totally worth it.

Yesterday, we welcomed spring by enjoying some beers on the patio at @coalmineavebrewing & mowing down some deliciousness from @theveggieyeti5280 . Their cheeseburger might be one of the best we’ve ever had - SO.MUCH.FLAVOR! 👌🏼 Top it off with a side of cheesy tots & your taste buds, stomach, & heart are bound to be full & happy!
Have you ever wanted to learn more about Chain Reaction and the beers we brew? Well we teamed up with our friends from @brewbarianpodcast for this very special feature video! Being beer week this is the perfect opportunity for all to come on by tonight (March 21st) at 6pm and check out the awesome work that this talented group has put together showcasing our beer and story.
We will show the video at 630 so come hang out, meet all the people and enjoy a few beers
Just now I kept getting notification after notification about sales from poshmark. The same person was buying things individually and kept paying the shipping cost for each item! I tried bundling all their likes and sending an offer on the bundle with free shipping, but they kept buying the items individually 😪. Alas... she finally accepted a very cheap bundle offer to offset all the shipping costs she just put in.
I did this because I didnt want to risk canceling her orders, make a bundle with a good offer and lose out on the sales in case she ghosted me.
You guys, I just made $150 profit from everything she bought. Pinch me.
I get my height from my mom but being tall when she was growing up wasn’t as beautiful as it is now. She was constantly shamed publicly so she slouched and squeezed to try and fit into a stature that wasn’t hers. That’s shifted now. .
Our culture has become much more accepting. Now, tall is desirable. So if our community has stretched so far why haven’t our pants kept up? Why haven’t our sleeves graced past our forearms? And why aren’t dresses more than just a ‘tunic’? .
What if the roughly 1.5 million American women above 6 feet tall could enjoy the feeling of a true long sleeve shirt or have the luxury of pants actually touch their heels? What if we could continue to empower these women to hold their shoulders back and to really and truly own it? .
Well, let’s do it. 💪
Look out for launch day on April 5th✨

Daily Draw: The #7ofcups in the #santamuertetarot 🍷Sevens are a powerful number of complex choices. I always envision that I am in the center with two options for growth (hallmark of the 3s) on either side of me. At a certain point, we have to tip one way or the other. Cups correspond with water, which guide our emotions, how we walk in relationships, our psyche, & the emotional parts of our creativity. Put this all together & we have a card that suggests a time where we are feeling pulled in many different directions & our emotions & daydreams are providing both inspiration & confusion. Dig those heels of yours into the ground & enjoy the ideas. Make a vision board, journal, or make some lists of pros & cons as you decide where to put your energy. This card does carry a warning to avoid delusion, so don't go chasing waterfalls, babies. If you can, put off any hard decisions until 3/30 or so. Mercury goes direct on the 28th & we sometimes need a few days for the dust to settle. I hope you all have a wonderful day! Happy Spring! 🌱
PS - I'll be reading @ritualcravt on Sunday from 11AM-3PM. I'd be honored if you'd #sitwithme 💚 Call 303.458.1459 to make an appointment.
Just Arrived For Doctor & Staff Training -Denver, CO and Drove Up To Cherry Creek Shopping District.
When I was in Chiropractic College I Dreamt of Practicing in Cherry Creek Denver metro. It just seemed like the ideal place for me to practice.
But life had a different plan for me..I didn’t pass my part 4 boards and that was going to delay me almost 8 months. So I did exactly what I shouldn’t have done and that was decline great associate offers with some very successful doctors to start my own practice in a state that I could immediately practice in.
So I moved to Illinois for the wrong reasons, borrowed money I should have used on a better opportunity and it ended as a total setback financially losing that business and a lot of money and time over a year and a half.
I moved back home to NE and slept on my brothers couch for 3 months wondering if I was going to get another opportunity.
I did get an opportunity a few months later to associate in a practice in Tulsa, OK with a mentor of mine. And a year and a half later was able to launch my 16 year practice in Dallas, TX area.
So through my journey I look back and could say today..maybe I should have been more patient and listened to people who were wiser than me at the time, made some other choices, etc, etc.
But now that it’s 23 years later I am thankful for all the setbacks and challenges I had over the years. ..
All the major challenges from sleeping in my car, digging through my car seats to find change, walking to my office for 3 months because my cars engine blew, etc, etc ..all these things made me the person I am today.
Someone today that has had their ass beat in practice and life and has continued to get up and go at it one more time. ..
You have to have that no matter what attitude..you have to be HUNGRY!!
So today as I stand in the very area of CO that I stood dreaming back in chiropractic college I know I will give this new doctor and his staff my best.
My life and practice experience now allows me to move doctors practices into a dimension of success they never thought possible. Decide to get really fucking hungry in life if you want something bad enough. Thankful!!
