Raspberry White Chocolate DIY Lara Bars 💓☁️ RECIPE ALERT 🚨 Fudgy af, fairly high in calories for volume - perfect for hikes, an energy boost on a busy day, or a pre/post workout snack. Absolutely next level dipped in coffee or with peanut butter spread on top 🥰 Oil-free besides chocolate chips - you can sub fruit/nuts if desired.
▪️1 cup pitted dates
▪️1 cup raw cashews
▪️1 cup unsweetened applesauce
▪️1 tsp vanilla extract ▪️1/4 tsp sea salt
▪️1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
▪️1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
▪️1/2 tsp baking powder
▪️1/4 cup @paschachocolate white chocolate chips
▪️100 grams frozen raspberries
▪️Soak dates and cashews in boiling water for 10 mins. Sub pumpkin/sunflower seeds if you have a nut allergy. Drain. ▪️Blend dates, cashews, applesauce, vanilla extract, sea salt, and chocolate chips. Get the chocolate very finely ground if you want the bars to be more brownie-like (they’ll melt almost completely this way) or you can leave them out of the blender if you want em whole. You can even sub 1/4 cup cacao powder for a slightly healthier version. ▪️Combine blended mixture in a bowl with the flour and baking soda until well incorporated. If you have a high speed blender you can actually skip this step, & keep going in the blender.
▪️Stir in white chocolate chips + raspberries evenly. Consistency should be a very thick batter. The raspberries will release some moisture during the baking process. ▪️Pour and flatten out the batter in an 10x5 or 8x8 pan. Make sure to oil the pan, use parchment paper, or use a safe non-stick pan. ▪️Bake at 350 degrees for 24 minutes. ▪️Remove from oven. Cut into as many pieces as you want. I did 16 rectangles, but 8 squares would work out to very similar macros/calories as a Lara bar. ⠀⠀

200 gr roti tawar
100 gr dcc
1 sachet Nutrijell Coklat (13 gr)
2 butir kuning telur
2 sdm coklat bubuk
5 sdm gula pasir
1 liter susu UHT
Cara Membuat :
1. Blender semua bahan hingga tercampur rata.
2. Masak dengan api sedang sambil terus diaduk, hingga meletup-meletup. Angkat.
3. Masukkan dalam cetakan. Dinginkan. * Saus Vla*
500 mL susu UHT
1 butir kuning telur
2 sdm Maizena
8 sdm gula pasir (sesuai selera)
½ sdt vanila bubuk (bs diganti essence lain)
1. Masukkan semua bahan dalam panci. Aduk menggunakan ballonwhisk.
2. Masak dengan api kecil hingga mengental. Keluar gelembung kecil di pinggiran panci. Angkat. Dinginkan
Sajikan dalam keadaan dingin ya. Untuk saus Vla pas masak ditambahin parutan keju enak loh. Cuma pas bebikinan, Umma lagi kehabisan keju. Menurut umma, saus vla keju lebih cucok dinikmati dg puding brownies. Paduan rasanya lebih pas aja. Hehehe... Tapi, semua kembali ke selera si yak 🤭
