  • You've probably heard that it's a lifestyle change a few times and that couldn't be closer to the truth. If you eat processed or fast food more than 2x per week then you will always carry extra weight around. If you suppress your feelings and always act cheery and bubbly with surface talk then your emotions will become trapped. If you try a workout a few times and expect big changes you will be disappointed. Being real with yourself and being consistent with your nutrition and exercise are the only things that will get your mind and body where they need to be. How do I know? I live it. I started lifting seriously 12 years ago and didn't feel right if I missed a day. I started putting my nutrition behind it 5 years ago, but it was already too late. My autoimmunes came out of remission 4 years ago in October, but I had no clue how bad it was and didn't take things seriously at all. I found yoga 3 years ago and it would gradually grow into a full fledged passion. I always had yoga teacher training on my bucket list and when I found a studio I wanted to learn from, I made it happen with the support of my family and friends. I was as sick as ever, but I made a commitment to myself and my goals --- and that commitment saved my life. There was a point where I honestly didn't feel I would survive. I could feel my body giving up and dying. Somehow I started getting up and going to yoga everyday because it was the only thing I could do to move my body that didn't hurt. I always felt better after I left. Now I'm motivated by progress photos and I'm amazed at the shapes my body can create with the strength it takes to make them. My point is that sticking to fitness goals has changed everything and turned my entire life around for the better multiple times. Consistency is definitely key.

  • When starting a salon suite, always go the extra mile! Going above and beyond will ensure that your salon suite exceeds your expectations and is true to you. ✨
This also applies to clients. Even if it’s small, delivering more than expected for your clients will keep them coming back 🕰

  • Hey guys LOOK 👀 I found my neck !!!! It’s hard for even me to believe that there is this much difference.. when people say “Wow you have lost ALOT of weight” I think 🤔 How big was I ??? Sometimes I’m almost insulted LOL ! Well if I didn’t have before pics ... I wouldn’t know there was this much difference . Again thank you @jasminelosingit for convincing me to do them. ❤️
