It’s so easy to get caught up with our routine, day to day tasks and the chaos of life 🤯👎🏼
So much so that we forget and tuck away our goals, dreams and ambitions that were once important to us.
Most people start the year with a long list of goals and as time passes… the reasons start piling one after another ✍🏼
The justifying begins.
What are people justifying?
Suddenly, those goals… were never that important to begin with.
People start digging for reasons to justify not making things happen 🗣
Because it’s always much easier to just brush things off and we like easy, don’t we?
Most of the time anyway.
For once, I’d like you to take a moment to think about what mattered most to you when this year started 🤔
What were you set out to achieve?
Yes, life can get crazy 🤦🏻♀
So much goes on every day and it’s hard to even make it through sometimes.
But let this year be different than the last 😎🙌🏼
I’m challenging you to take one step, no matter how small to get started on your list of resolutions 👣
Spark that fire again.
Sometimes it’s all you need to get that momentum going 🏃🏻♂
Remember that no masterpiece was created in one day.
It’s about gradually putting oil on the canvas every single day.
It’s easy to forget about our dreams but you’re worth more than that.
You’re capable of more 💯

It's become more & more obvious to me that there's a gap in the market: ppl WANT to make more sustainable choices but the most well-marketed alternatives are expensive and unrealistic.
I feel like I've found a nice balance between minimizing my carbon footprint & exploring my personal style. And even though I know that (realistically) what I personally do won't work for everyone else, I want to find a way to help...??

Slowly building trust back into myself. It feels so good!!! I clearly need routine and self-discipline in my life to feel stable. The mental roller coaster ride I’ve been on is not for me and the last 3 weeks of get up early, reading, and now daily exercise has made a hugggeeee difference for my mental health... Like huge!
This weekend I worked on some much needed housework! I don’t know about you but my environment tends to stress me out. So my goal this week is to do something around the house each day to regain control 🤪
Ever have to clean before you can deep clean?? Hahah, well that’s where I was at! May the deep cleaning and organizing frenzy begin.
5 people and a dog in a small house can get a little chaotic!! I want my house to be a retreat from the outside world ❤️ Continuing those small steps each day!

That’s more than okay.
It means that you’ve started which is something most people don’t even get around to.
Why do most people pass up great opportunities?
It’s obvious because you know it too well and so do I.
We fear failing and embarrassing ourselves with the world watching.
If you know my story then you’ll know that I nearly failed my undergraduate studies… because of my addiction to gaming.
I was sponsored and because I wasn’t able to keep my grades up, I went home to Malaysia with a debt of up to $40, 000
I was broke and in debt.
I didn’t graduate with results that good companies wanted.
When I finally discovered my love for online marketing, I was excited to venture into something new.
It gave me hope that maybe I could turn things around.
But like you, like everyone, we all have that small voice inside our heads that make us doubt ourselves.
There were times I’d think to myself ‘’I almost failed university. I couldn’t get a decent job. Do I even have what it takes to build a business?’’
It all changed when I sold my first online gaming guide for a game called ‘’World of Warcraft’’.
It took me seven long months to make that sale but that sale changed everything for me.
Your first try is never going to be perfect but it doesn’t matter.
Getting up and starting is a big enough achievement.
Once you do, keep going.
Don’t stop now.
Don’t stop ever.
I’ve made it and I’m certain that you can too.

This is the last week in phase 1. I lifted heavier and used stronger loops than I did in week 1. I completed more pushups on my toes this week than in any other. It's easy to get hung up on watching the scale, especially when it quits moving. But knowing how much stronger I've gotten just proves that the scale doesn't tell the whole story.
I am seeing a lot of ladies recommitting to the very first program I ever completed on this renewed wellness journey I started 2 years ago. And it’s bringing up all the feels.
Those 80 days were some of the toughest and most rewarding days. I remember telling myself as I made my way through the program, “I don’t know if this is really working.”
I know now I was repeating that inner dialogue to protect myself, to give myself an “out” if I decided to quit.
I was telling myself a lie.
Man, I’m glad I decided to keep going. Decided I would finish the promise I made to myself.
Even when we are in the middle of making life changing strides, even when we are doing the very thing we said we WANTED to do, we can self-sabotage.
How many times have you started and then stopped? How many times have you created a lie to “protect” yourself? How many times have you believed it “wasn’t really going to work anyway”, just in case you fell short?
Before (left, not even day 1...like 2 weeks in because at the time I didn’t want to know just how much I needed this) and after (literally right after I finished my 80 day program, my husband encouraged me to take this).
I looked at what I was capable of, what I accomplished...and I stopped allowing myself to lie.
What lie are you telling yourself that is keeping you from starting?
It’s the last week of February and I am looking ahead to March. There are so many things to come, lady. And I want you here with me, with us.

Looking back at it!😜 On a real though, it is important to reflect, re-evaluate and review as the year goes by. The last two months have been bitter sweet but an overall success. Being able to reflect and reassess has put me in a better position and gives me confidence to make better decisions.
I am more determined than ever to build my levels of discipline. Last week I heard a word that stuck: Your ability in the next season will be determined by your responsibility in this season. Discipline requires us to be responsible for past decisions but not to be held back by them. Reflect, re-evaluate, journal, meditate then use all that to empower your next move. So in this season I choose to be disciplined determined and destined.

Over the weekend there a signed up for parkrun (inspired by my dad) lol as he takes part too every weekend.. im fed up of my lazy ways its making me miserable so even tho the weather is absolutely pants out there it didnt stop me.. first morning is complete 🙏😍❤️ was more of a brisk/speed walk as im so unfit at the moment haha ... next week i am also signing up for the gym too... I am grateful for time to truly think. So much anxiety comes from our thoughts. We question ourselves and our choices. We have fears and dilemmas. We have trouble with our thoughts and thus tend to try and avoid them. However, being able to sift through all the weight of our thoughts eventually gets us to correct conclusions. Once we sit in our thoughts long enough and really hone in on the truth and reality, we start to see the clarity of our lives. We start to uncover the truth about ourselves. Whether it’s positive or negative, that truth is the first step towards a very productive, meaningful, and fulfilled life. We just have to stay current with them.

Something that I started to do years ago was a gratitude calendar
I used to just wake up and start my day not really paying much attention and basically being subjected to feel whatever the day had in store for me
This gave the chance for negativity to creep in if things didn’t start great
So I started doing this instead. In order to start everyday on my terms and happy I started to write down one thing that I was grateful for. I wrote Something that made me feel good about life. It let me be overcome with happiness and that’s now how I start everyday
