  • The absolute BEST Vegan 🌱 Rice Pudding 🍚 you will ever try (really easy, too!).
*
•1 1/2 cup slightly overlooked gluten free rice
•1 1/2 cups coconut milk -full fat
•1/2 cup almond milk
•8 tbs coconut nectar
•3-4 tbs @traderjoes brown sugar (must use this)
•1/4 teaspoons sea salt
•1/2 teaspoon vanilla

•Directions
•In large saucepan, mix the 1 1/2 cups slightly over cooked rice, 1 1/2 (of the 2) cups coconut milk, the 1/2 cup almond milk, nectar, sugar and salt. •Cook over medium heat until thick and creamy (~15 mins). If too thick, Stir in remaining milk or more almond milk depending on texture.
•Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and any other additives you may want. •Top with cinnamon as you serve each plate, do not add cinnamon to the entire pot!
•ENJOY!!

We took the kids for eggs hunting around the neighborhood, it was so fun  that we did it twice😁 they ended picking  the same eggs up so many times 😉

Deets: avocado toast, cherry tomatoes, egg nest with bagel seasoning (my first one and won’t be the last one), if you haven’t tried it yet just with zoodles make a nest and cracked an egg in the center until the egg is cooked. —————————————————————————

A minha paixão pela nutrição humana vem a par com a minha sede por desenvolvimento pessoal e espiritual. E aqueles que me conhecem sabem o quanto do meu tempo é dedicado a estudar, experimentar, testar e explorar este campo na minha vida.

Não costumo partilhar nada que não tenha testado em mim mesma antes, mas estou de tal forma em êxtase com este detox, que embora ainda só esteja no final da primeira semana do processo irei partilhar todas as informações sobre esta exploração com vocês. 
Este processo resulta da combinação de 2 protocolos - um a nível alimentar: a dieta do microbioma e outro a nível de suplementos: Dr Clark. 
Os dois protocolos poderão ser pesquisados na internet e irei falar brevemente sobre eles durante os próximos posts. How many of you have heard about the idea of driving your energy to your higher chakras? Of raising your Kundalini?⁣

In much of contemporary spiritual practice, we are directly or indirectly lead to believe that the higher energy centers in the body are the places where spirituality really unfolds, and that the lower chakras are a space we want to move out of.⁣

This used to be my belief, even though it never quite felt right. I always knew there was more to this story, but couldn't place my finger on what that "more" was.⁣
⁣
It wasn't until last year that the missing piece fell into place- it was the time I discovered the depth of the feminine mystery schools and how they viewed our sacral chakra as sacred. This space is referred to as the earth crown or the feminine crown, and the more we open into it, the more we can experience our ecstatic blossoming into the sea of creation. ⁣

My life has changed profoundly ever since I began the practice of root or yoni steaming, which involves sitting over a pot of hot water filled with healing herbs. The same practice can be offered for men, who just like women have incredibly absorbant and sensitive skin in their perineum area. In fact, this skin is the most absorbant in the body, and also one of the most ignored.⁣

During yoni steaming we attend to and nurture our feminine crown. In our body and energy field we have a masculine crown and a feminine crown which are in sacred union with each other. Our masculine crown is on the top of our head where our energy field opens to connect to the celestial realms and our feminine crown (which for women includes our yoni, anus perineum and womb space) is where our energy descends and roots into the earth giving and receiving nourishment and support from the Womb of Gaia.⁣
This is an ancient women’s medicine practice, used by many cultures including, Mayan, Korean, Ancient Egyptian, Mexican and many more. ⁣

Modo de preparo:

Picar as 6 maçãs sem as casacas, misturar o farelo de aveia, açúcar, fermento e a canela. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Em um recipiente separado coloque as cascas da maçã, os ovos e o óleo e bata no liquidificador. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Depois só misturar tudo e levar ao forno 180 graus por aproximadamente 40 minutos.
