Greed (Avaritia): Insatiable longing for material gain.
If I had to pick a favorite from the seven deadly sins, it would be this one. I’ll be the first to admit that I always have my best interests in mind and I don’t find anything wrong with that. The inspiration for this was the story of King Midas, the curse of the golden touch. Money is the means to an end, not the end goal. 
I’ll end with one of my favourite quotes- “When the last tree has been cut down, the last fish caught, the last river poisoned, only then will we realize that one cannot eat money.” -Alanis Obomsawin

  • Gym & Stress Relief 
Life is not free of stress. Work, study pressure, social network, relatives, family, career, relationships or anything can be a source of stress. But you can't let stress control your life

Stress can mess up your mind and body very very fast. Working out can minimize your stress hormones which will make you relax eventually physically & psychologically healthy. 
For some people working out is a relief from the stress. In my case, Gym is my healing place. No matter how much stressed I'm in, working out always helps me to get better. We all know that anger/rage we feel sometimes & we can't get it out, which puts us into depression. I really feel powerful & strong whenever I hit the gym, working out with the heavy weights carrying it, lifting & all. 
I find doing working out is like meditation. Meditation works for the mind, but working out works for your mind & physiques both. Sometimes it's not easy to meditate or concentrate, but in gym its different.  The vibe of all the strong people around you, the music, many hard working people, the urge of getting better it really works for me.

If you are suffering from too much stress, depression or anxiety,  I would seriously suggest you join a gym or take up any physical activities that help you release some of the stress. - Fatema Khatun Shova
