Sneaky, Sneaky Pumper😏
You all know I love wearing my pumper 𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝 & 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐝. But this weekend, wasn’t about my pumper or my diabetes. It was about my two amazing friends getting married and I didn’t want my pumper stealing the show from the beautiful bride✨
Leading up to the big day, I was wondering where I should wear my pump with my bridesmaid dress. I wanted to be able to access it quickly in case of an emergency but I didn’t want it to draw attention as I was walking down the aisle.
My sister got me this pump holder for Christmas and it was the first time I wore it. 𝐈 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐓! I was able to walk down the aisle, sweat and dance the night away without it slipping. I even forgot it was there most of the time 😆 This spot was the PERFECT location for the big day.
I highly recommend this spot around the thigh if you’re in the same boat as me and wondering where you should put your pump. Gooey doesn’t remember where she got it but she typed in “𝘱𝘶𝘮𝘱𝘦𝘳 𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴” into Amazon and found this one.
I’ve also heard of others using a thick headband to secure the pump around the thigh. Do you have any suggestions on where to wear your pumper for the big day? Please feel free to share with us all if you have nifty tricks💃
Relatable! I didn’t have this happen for me last night unfortunately 😔, and I usually do. I ended up with a high after a low that refused to go up (aka, rebound high). I knew I should’ve just waited it out 😂

🍓🍦Sugar-free vegan strawberry ice cream on a gluten-free cone for #NationalIceCreamDay 👏🏻 RECIPE BELOW⬇️
* 1 can of full-fat coconut milk
* 3-4 cups of frozen strawberries
* Sprinkle of stevia or monkfruit (or other sweetener of choice)
* 1 Tbsp vanilla extract or almond extract
* Blend all of the ingredients above in a blender until creamy. Add enough sweetener until desired sweetness is reached.
* Pour mixture into an ice cream machine and churn until the mixture stops moving. I like to eat it immediately but you can freeze it 30-60 minutes if you want it harder. Any longer than that and it will get too hard, so you’ll have to thaw it slightly before eating.
* NO ICE CREAM MACHINE METHOD: Pour the mixture from the blender into a dish and put in the freezer. Stir every 20-30 minutes until it’s the firmness you like. If it gets too hard, thaw slightly before eating.

TURMERIC LATTE BASE
6 cups nut milk 1 1/2 tbsp @jaswantskitchen Turmeric Latte Spice Blend 1 1/2 tbsp @lees.provisions Vanilla Bean Good Fat Blend
👉Add all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil
👉Once boiling, turn off heat and let steep for 2-4 minutes (longer steep = stronger flavour)
👉Cool and refrigerate!
