For the sweet & sour dumpling filling (26 dumplings) heat 2 tbsp canola oil in a pot over low-medium heat, add 1 small onion (chopped), 3 cloves of garlic (minced), a ca. 2 cm long piece of ginger (minced), 1/2 small cabbage head (finely chopped) and let everything cook for about 3-4 minutes before adding 200g chopped mushrooms. Let everything cook for another minute and add 1 tsp salt, 1 1/2 tbsp. flour, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar and 2 tbsp brown sugar.

Stir everything together and after ca. 5 minutes the filling was ready🍃

For the chili broth that goes on top of the steamed dumplings I simply mixed together 100ml vegetable broth, 1 tbsp canola oil and 1 tsp chili flakes 🌿

  • Officially half way through my prep. 🙌🏻 With only 60 days left until my first competition, I’m reflecting on how much I’ve accomplished. 🧐 Since joining @team_pulse I have really seen SO much transformation in my body, my mental health and overall outlook on the control I have over my body. 🤗

Today I am 122.8 lbs. I have not been this weight since is was 16. 🤯 I know I still have some work to put in until I’m stage ready but I’m so fucking ready for it! 👊🏻

We've all got goals weather they be physical, industrial, entrepreneurial, and the clocks ticking down on them. 
Get it in, do it sloppy and taxing at first, learn the system, work to become more efficient, do it cleaner and with less work, make positive momentum a habit. 
Achieve that goal, already have some new ones set, eat away pieces of your dreams until you've got them down. 
It's not gonna be easy, and alot of people are gonna excuse you to quit.

And as I get closer and closer to the 1 year mark post gastric sleeve surgery, I think about how different my life would be right now had I not made the decision to choose this path.   • Comme vous le savez j’ai testé le programme « minceur » @kitchendiet.fr j’avais besoin de réduire un peu les quantités et surtout de mieux manger enfin essayer surtout. #mangersain.

Challenge réussi je suis hyper contente de la qualité des plats qui sont frais et élaborés par un chef 3 #etoilemichelin #maurocolagreco plein de saveurs et de plats différents ! Le programme est 6/7j matin/midi/soir une journée libre est prévue pour prendre de bonnes habitudes seule. Un rendez-vous téléphonique avec une diététicienne au début du programme est prévu pour conseiller et parler du #rééquilibragealimentaire. En terme de poids j’ai perdu un bon kilo voir 2 depuis que j’ai commencé j’ai limité les excès surtout et les gâteaux comme vous le savez #addictionchocolat.

D’ailleurs du 11 au 26 mars pour toute commande d'un programme minceur le livre Mirazur de Mauro Colagreco vous est offert vous pourrez aussi participer au jeu concours afin de gagner un weekend pour deux à Menton (hôtel et transport inclus + dîner au restautant 3* Mirazur) trop canon !

  • Miso glazed Tofu bowl! Tofu is the best ingredient for soaking up all the delicious flavours in a dish 🌱😍 Ingredients⠀

Shishito peppers are super easy to prepare. Just poke a hole into each one and sauté in olive oil over medium heat. Turn frequently until they blister and char in places. Toss with salt and serve.⠀

Recipe for the miso glazed tofu:
whisk 1 tbsp neutral oil, 3 tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tbsp white miso, 1 tbsp finely minced/grated ginger, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp reduced-sodium tamari, 1-1/2 tsp maple syrup, 1 tsp toasted sesame oil. Press 1-14oz pack extra-firm tofu between paper towels to remove excess liquid. Cut into about 1-inch cubes. Heat 1 tbsp neutral oil. Sauté until browned. Add miso mixture to pan and keep heating until warmed through and slightly more syrupy. Enjoy!

У2: кекс 80г - 336ккал, хлебцы - 63ккал

В принципе - неплохо. Если не считать кекс, то нормально. Но кекс считать нужно. В любом случае я уложилась в калораж и ужасно довольна.
В середине дня от голода уже тошнило, но все нормально, главное - перетерпеть.

На улице солнышко 🌞 начало греть, наконец-то. Завтра уберу теплое пальто и ботинки, заменю их на более лёгкие.

Сейчас на улице (23:11) очень громко кричал кот. Я переживаю. Так громко и долго. Скорее всего что-то случилось, но я не уверена... Купила тушь для бровей ^^ у меня был карандаш, но он закончился. Тушь кстати очень хорошая на удивление, и стоит дешевле чем мой карандаш. Приятно пахнет карамелью.

Ещё я купила и отправила подарок дорогому мне человеку 🐁🤴. Надеюсь, подарок дойдет как можно скорее и 🐁🤴 он понравится.

Стала замечать, что опять много вкладываю сил в отношения. Обычно, я начинаю хотеть порадовать человека, дарю подарки, а мне в итоге садятся на шею. Постараюсь исправить.

Кстати, не выпиваю даже близко норму воды. Не знаю как бороться. Но коже становится совсем плохо. А ещё, ужас, я вижу морщины и признаки старения. Боюсь стареть 👵 и совсем не хочу этого.

  • PIZZA FIT ✅ 1 pacote de pão de forma integral ou sem glúten (tire a casca)
