Why do I always think it is a good idea to do a heavy leg session before working on the TukTuk?! Will I ever learn 😩
Recently I have been going through phases of loving and hating my body, but one thing for sure is that I can see it changing on a daily/weekly basis.
Although I have a dodgy AF right shoulder, they seem to be the body part which is getting into the shape I have wanted for so long 🤞 and also not to mention the 🍑 is FINALLY getting some sort of shape to it, I mean we are not where we want to be but improvements are happening!

People look at me and say "you've changed", "you've lost weight" etc.
Truth is, I didn't work this hard to stay the same.
If I can do it, anyone can, with a bit of hard work, dedication, and support from @stevegchampion it can happen! 1.5 years of progress, yet huge changes.
