🔥 Snack 3 - Ezekiel toast with 1- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 mashed banana and 1-2 teaspoons of chia seeds
🔥Snack 4 - Grapes and olives 🔥 Snack 5 - 1/4 cup of nuts and chopped cucumbers
🔥 Snack 6 - 1 rice cake with 1 -2 tbsp of almond butter and a handful of chocolate chips
After a day organising and cleaning the house before making it festive I wanted a quicker than quick meal with minimal washing up 🍽
My chickpea and pesto pasta worked a treat. Chickpea pasta takes about 3 minutes in boiling water ⏳and I used The Happy Pear's pesto after picking it up from Dublin airport ✈👍 Also added kale, tomato and fresh basil to add freshness, colour, and extra phytonutrients 🌱
One of the EASIEST meals ever!! Falafel 😍😍 I have an obsession! This is an all Trader Joe’s meal too. And I’m pretty sure for less than $10 and it makes more than one batch. It takes about 5 minutes or less to cook it too. I love to pair mine with hummus, spicy of course, and harissa.
