Unfortunately, no actual food will direcy burn excess body fat. As cool as it would be to eat a blueberry and the compounds within it go straight to the love handles and eliminate them completley, it doesn't work that way. Now, while no food directly does this, there are foods out there that will better lead to fat loss than others. Most of the foods that belong here are those high in satiation due to their protein or fiber or water content as well as nutrient-density. Some of these foods include: bananas (super filling and super convenient fruit you can literally place in your bag and eat whenever), berries of all kind (incredibly high in nutrients and super low calorie), potatoes (one of the most filling foods in the world), leafy greens (all leafy greens are amazing and are high-volume foods that should be consumed in great amounts), coconut oil (among numerous health benefits has actually been shown to be a natural thermogenic, meaning it slightly increases your metabolism upon consumption), and coffee (for its antioxidants, for its thermogenic effects, for its anti-cancer properties, and also just because it's awesome). さらに、魚粉がのせてあって
魚介のうまさが、結構くる!!
味は、ちょっと甘めな感じ。

スープの中には、一口サイズにした
チャーシューが!
これ、凄く美味しかった!

麺は『三河屋製麺』ていう
結構、有名らしい製麺所が作ってるみたい。

個人経営のラーメン店が
ここの7割を占めてるんだって!
だから、結構その店の拘りとか
要望を聞いてカスタマイズして
オリジナルの麺を提供してるんだとか。

麺は、ツルシコ!
歯ごたえあるけど、結構あっさりいけた!

賛否両論あるとおもうけど
私は兼虎のつけ麺好きだなぁ。

Los bizcochos con verdura aportan mucha fibra💪, son saciantes y sanos y damos un uso diferente a todo lo que nos ofrecen nuestros huertos, que no es poco.

Una de las verduras que más uso en mi repostería es la calabaza🔸️, su suave sabor, dulzón y su pulpa carnosa la hace ideal para estas elaboraciones otra verdura que utilizo es la batata🔸️ ya que el resultado es muy parecido al de la calabaza así voy jugando con las temporadas de cada verdura e intentando usar lo que ofrece el campo en cada estación. 🍃
Las red velvet se han convertido en tartas muy conocidas y en la actualidad están muy de moda, el nombre le viene del intenso color 🔴 que tienen, actualmente ese color se consigue con colorantes alimentarios pero en sus orígenes se conseguía a base de remolacha y es así como yo consigo su color, sabor y textura además de aprovechar todos sus nutrientes (ve al post de superalimentos que ahí te comento sobre ella y sus propiedades).

El calabacin🥒 (con chocolate🍫 va genial) o la zanahoria 🥕 con su afamada carrot cake son algunas elaboraciones donde la verdura se abre hueco una vez más en la repostería. 🍃
👉Y ahora, vais a incorporar verduras a vuestros bizcochos??? Quiero verlos 👀

I used to me that tiny hyperactive girl who never got over 110 lbs and would literally eat anything and everything... junk, fast food, other people's left overs so it didn't get thrown away... but growing up and having kids kinda changes things a bit. Up until about a week ago, I was struggling HARD trying to keep my nutrition and focus straight. Not only did my body suffer for this back and forth struggle, but it was embarrassing to me that being a health and fitness coach, I couldn't get my shit together! FINALLY there was a better way with a great opportunity that crossed my path. Not only have I lost 3.4lbs in a week, but I am not starving!

When eating, think about your relationship with food... how does it make you feel before, during, and after? We turn to food for comfort or just because we love it, but what does that food actually do for YOU?! Does it love you back? Does it fuel your body or create more health problems? Food could give 2 shits less about you... it has no morals, so we have to be mindful of what, how much, and WHY we eat! 💥Facts💥
>8 oz orange juice contains close to the same amount of sugar in 8 oz of coke
>An average person takes in 152 lbs of sugar each year
>Staying within a calorie count doesn't mean you get the nutrients the body needs
>Most choose the quick fix rather than setting aside time to plan ahead
>Processed food has hidden ingredients such as sugar to create an addiction... sugar creates the same dopamine response as cocaine

Did u know? 
1.The Gujarati kadhi is made preferably from buttermilk as it gives a more smooth texture compared to yogurt. 
2.In Punjab, kadhi is a simple, quick winter meal. Made from besan (as gram flour) to thicken the consistency, and adding pakoras.
3.In Haryana, a popular variation is called haryanvi hara choley kadhi, made with besan and hare choley (raw green chickpeas) with pure ghee.Haryanvi kadhi is sometimes cooked with additional ingredients, such as seasonal farm-fresh green Bathua leaves,etc.
4.In Southern states, it is seasoned with sauteed asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin, and fenugreek. The soup is thickened in a different way by addition of pureed split chickpea soaked overnight with whole coriander seeds and dry red chili pepper. Squash, okra, tomato, Chinese spinach, carrots, sweet peas are a few vegetables that are added to seasoning before bringing the soup to a boil. Pakoras (gram flour fritters) are added for special occasions like ceremonies. 
5.The Sindhi diaspora in India usually make kadhi by first roasting the chickpea flour and adding vegetables to the chickpea gravy. It is called kadhi because of the use of curry leaves, which are called kadhi patta in Sindhi. Instead of yogurt, tamarind pulp is used to give it a sour taste.

Tabii ki iskender, köfteyi döver, alır ikiye katlar, cebine koyar tekrar çıkarır. 😋

Yine de;
1. İskender İskenderoğlu / mavi dükkan.
Elbette iskender yendi. Eti lezzetli, lezzetini özellikle marinasyondan alıyor gibiydi. Kömür ateşinde pişmiş ve ideal kalınlıkta kesilmiş. Tabakta pide, domates sos, tereyağı ve et oranı şahane. Ne fazla, ne az. Porsiyon alışılmışa göre ufak, ama doyurucu.
Fakaaaat fiyatı epey yüksek, isim farkı adisyona eklenmiş. Bir porsiyona 40 TL gibi bir rakam ödedik. Küçük bir dükkan ve eski dokusunu korumuş olması çok güzel. Servis elemanları da azıcık sıcakkanlı olsa... Bir daha gider miyim? Alternatiflerini denerim sanırım... 2. Pidecioğlu / Kayıhan
Cantık ilginç bir sürpriz yapıp sıralamada pideli köftenin yerini aldı. Ara öğün olarak değil, ana yemek olarak yesek olacakmış. Cantık, çocukluğumdan alışık olduğum bir Tatar yemeği. Küçük bir pide diyebiliriz. Hamuru çıtır, hafif kalın, dolgu harcı bol kıymalı ve sebzeli. Şır Börek (çiğ börek) harcı gibi, gayet sulu ve lezzetli. Üstüne pideli köfte yemeyecek olsak iki, hatta üçer tane gayet rahat yerdik.
Eski bir fırın, bir tarafında hala sade pide pişirip satıyorlar. Dükkan gayet küçük, önüne iki tane masa sığmış. Kapalı salonuda var. Çalışanlar gayet sıcak kanlı yardım sever. Yine gider miyim? Kesinlikle.

3. Yeşil Pideli Köfte / Kayıhan
Ne desem bilemedim, hiçbir olayı yok! Koca bir sokakta belki elli kadar restoran bu yemeği satıyor. Umarım hepsi bu şekilde yapmıyordur. "Hanutçular" dan almamız lazımdı yemememiz gerektiğini! Tabakta pide üzerinde, sekiz dokuz tane madeni para büyüklüğünde içerisinde eser miktarda kıyma bulunan, lezzetsiz köfte, domates sosu, vıcık vıcık ucuz tereyağı fena olmayan yoğurt. Umarım sadece yanlış mekanda yediğimiz için böyle olmuştur. Bir daha gider miyim? Asla!

Bir de sıralamaya sokmayacağım yarışmaya Orhangazi'den katılan Sezgin Izgara var (ilçe merkezindeki). Tabağı sade, hizmeti güzel. İlla köfte yemek istiyorsanız gidin orada lezzetli bir köfte yiyin.

  • My project about making your dreams come true - We can always hear people that will tell us we can not make our dreams come true.. many of them aren't bad people or trying to ruin our dreams. They probably already tried to make their dreams come true and didn't make it so they try to warn us. Ofc there are some people who trying to prevent us from doing it , maybe they are afraid of being jealous in us or feel like it's not fair , they failed and we made it .... 💙 Above everything we should learn from them that we have to work harder and believe more in ourselves. Maybe we hear more people saying that we can't cuz we also have some beliefs that we won't make it or maybe we feel inside that we have to change something and work more for our dreams. Just follow your heart and be consistent!💖 That's really important, consistency will make you improve the most and show everybody that you really want and will get this dream come true and it's all a matter of time 💕💕

  • My project about making your dreams come true - When you find something that you enjoy most doing and can invest time and energy on every day, motivate yourself with, and it's helping others as well , it makes your dream really meaningful to the world and make many people support your dream as well. It makes you feel the meaning of your life even more and give you the will to continue doing it for the rest of your life. It doesn't have to be only like being a doctor and save people , or being a life saver or finding a project for people in Africa. All those are amazing ! And many people should do them , but your dream can be with making music and making millions of people happy and inspired every day . It can be with making amazing parties for people or giving lessons on a sub you love a lot and feel that the world needs it 💙💙💙. You can make a list of all those things you love doing and choose the one that have more of those ingredients. Making u happy , you can do this every day , meaningful for you and others and supporting others 💕💕

Il locale è molto rustico e particolare, presenta in esposizione tutti i tagli di carne, i formaggi e i salumi a disposizione. Come suggerisce anche il nome, si tratta di una macelleria con cucina.
Gli antipasti sono tutti molto buoni, i vari taglieri consentono di assaggiare diverse varietà di salumi e formaggi nostrani, anche la parmigiana molto buona e consigliata.
La vera perla del posto è, però, sicuramente la carne, con la possibilità di assaporare molte delle varietà internazionali più pregiate, tra cui chianina, angus, ma ancor più degna di nota la rinomatissima wagyulen, pregiato taglio giapponese. La cottura rispetta i desideri dei clienti, ma la carne rimane in ogni caso tenera, morbida e gustosa. Le patatine, servite come contorno, sono fresche e non eccessivamente fritte, ricordano, per la loro croccantezza, le classiche freeky fries.
Tra i dolci buonissimi i cannolicchi alla ricotta, il giusto modo per completare al meglio il pasto.
Probabilmente l’unico locale in provincia di Catania a presentare una così vasta scelta di tagli di carne e ad offrire la possibilità di gustare una vera bistecca, ma, i prezzi elevatissimi (bistecche che vanno dai 50 ai 100€/kg), giustificati dalla qualità dei prodotti, probabilmente meriterebbero una location un po’ meno rustica e un po’ più raffinata. 
Nonostante questo, decisamente il miglior modo per mangiare carne di alto livello in zona.
