👉🏻“You should be consuming around 25-30 different vegetables and fruits for a Week!”. I am not certain if this is correct however I am certain that you should definitely eat your veggies!!! This is such an interesting topic for me! The first time I heard this on a podcast the doctor was saying consume at least 25-30 different vegetables for just one Week. When I started counting the amount of veggies (including fruits) I reached at 27! Playing the eat your veggies game like cows 🐄.⠀

⬇️Here are 3 tips how you can incorporate veggies into your days!⠀
1️⃣ Make a shake!⠀
I used to hate celery stalk and now I can’t live without it! One day I decided to add it in my smoothies! After a while my tastebuds started loving this flavor! And now I not only add it in my smoothies, I can even eat it raw just like that as a snack! Take a look at my story for my favorite green juice recipe!⠀
2️⃣ Eat the frog first thing in the morning”!⠀
If you are not a fan of veggies, eating them first thing in the morning with your breakfast will be a nice start for you! You won’t have to think of it for the rest of the day because you’re already done!⠀
3️⃣ Make a challenge!⠀
Write down and challenge yourself each Week to eat different kind of veggies! Try to make new recipes with different veggies. This will not only help you getting different benefits from different foods, it’ll also help you get more creative in the kitchen which is fun!⠀

  • I scribbled “I CAN COOK!” on a blank notecard with a thick Sharpie one afternoon, almost five years ago. I taped it onto my wall and gazed at it for a while. I had just started learning about the power of affirmations and cooking was something I desired to do more of. So I started teaching myself, one dish at a time.

Fast forward, my dad suffered from a heart attack and was rushed into open heart surgery. My life turned upside down and soon I found myself back at home as my dad slowly recovered. I knew I needed to do something - to help him and others. So I enrolled in @nutritionschool and a year later enrolled in @rouxbe’s professional plant-based  program.   • No dzień dobry w poniedziałek 🤩🤓 mój nie był najgorszy, nawet szybko zleciał i pomyślałam, żeby wziąć udział w #wyzwaniekfs1 do którego właśnie zajrzałam na sekundę i coś czuję, że przepadnę w tych cudownych zdjęciach 🤩😍😍😍 ale sama ubolewam nad brakiem zdjęcia aktualnego, w weekend inne sprawy, urodziny, tort, czas dla dzieci... I dla mnie czasu zabrakło 🙈 a dziś w pracy 🙄 w kolejnych dniach spróbuję bardziej się spiąć, choć gdy wracam do domu jest już ciemno, a gdy wychodzę.. Dopiero ma zamiar wstać dzień 🤷‍♀️😔 no ale... Ja jestem dobrej myśli, musi się udać 😁
Tymczasem wybrałam zdjęcie z przepisu, który od dawna jest na blogu, bo akurat kilka dni temu robiłam taką kolację 👍 uwielbiam 💕

Jak widać na zdjęciu i po nazwie profilu - królują tutaj kulinaria 😉 od 4,5 roku prowadzę blog kulinarny, przepisy są tam różne, w większości proste, ale ze zdjęciami nie od początku było mi po drodze 🙈😂 na szczęście idzie coraz lepiej, a przynajmniej tak mi się wydaje na podstawie własnego poczucia estetyki i wiadomości od Czytelników 💖💙💕💙
Dostaje pytania o ostatni urodzinowy tort starszej córki, który pokazałam na stories, więc postaram się wrzucić go tutaj w całej okazałości, a być może napiszę też przepis 🤔🙃☺️

  • Starting the week with this vegetarian salad bowl of quinoa & bulgur, peas, courgettes, cherry 🍅, lambs lettuce and pumpkin seeds. I enjoyed this with a simple vinaigrette that I made by combining:
~
✨3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
✨1 tbsp white wine vinegar
✨½ tsp Dijon mustard ✨½ tsp Agave nectar {or honey}
✨Pinch of salt, to taste
~
I selected vegetables that are easy on my gut. But you can always use other veggies like broccoli, cauliflower or kale,  and you can swap the eggs with tofu, tempeh or any other beans to keep it vegan. ~

  • good morning and happy monday friends 👋🏼 i hope you all had a fabulous weekend and took some time for yourself! i definitely did - put my phone on do not disturb for a bit each day, felt good to just enjoy myself and get things done! lots of cooking and baking happened, plus more today! part of that included my 30 second chia seed jam 🤗 i’ll be sharing the recipe and how to do it again below because i always get so many questions about it! #toast #dairyfree #breakfast .

after almost three weeks (😅!!!!), i’m finally shaking the last of my post-cali jet leg, sickness, whatever else was happening with me! it felt so good to wake up over the weekend not feeling immediately drained and wanting to sleep for the rest of the day - not that resting is bad, it’s just that i was already doing so much of that and i felt ready to get back to it 🙋🏻‍♀️ definitely feeling that motivation and excitement again finally!.

30 SECOND CHIA SEED JAM 🍇:
- in a small microwavable container, put your berry of choice (blueberries, raspberry, anything works) and microwave on high for 30 seconds
- mash berries with a fork then add 1tsp chia seeds, mix well together
- put berry jam into the freezer to cool and thicken while you make the rest of your breakfast or get ready (the longer its in there the thicker it’ll be)
- take it out when it’s thickened up and the chia seeds soaked up the juice and enjoy on anything!
there will be a stovetop version for those who have more time in the morning or prefer not the use a microwave!

  • Brunch bowl on this fine Monday. It feels SO good to finally make my own breakfast. The last two weeks I haven’t worked out at all, didn’t eat the best, and drank a lot. A couple years ago I would have hated myself for this but I’ve realized that life is way more than eating perfectly healthy and working out every single day. .

Anyways, my breakfast today was mixed greens & spinach, sautéed broccolini, sweet potato, bell pepper and zucchini with salt and pepper; avocado 🥑, 2 @vitalfarms eggs fried in @fourthandheart ghee, cilantro, and everything but the bagel seasoning

Bugun #kahvalti mi normale göre erken yapmıştım ve belki ondan belki yogurdumun olmayışından ya da geçen haftadan bedenimin bu beslenme stiline alışmasından ögle yemeğinden sonra kendimi tok hissetmedim. Kahvenin yaninda #fellas tan yedim. Çıkışta da canim ne zamandır çiğ köfte çekiyordu, onu yedim. 2 saat sonrasında kurufasulye bol #acı ve yoğurt yedim. Bu seferde canim tatlı istedi muz ve #light #fistikezmesi  yiyip spora kaçtım. 
En başından dediğim gibi önce abur cubur fast foodu kesmeye odaklandiğım icin simdilik porsiyon kısıtlaması yapmiyorum. O bir sonraki aşama bozmazsam. 👍🏼 #diet #dietdiary #diyet #diyetgunlugu #sagliklibeslenme #eatclean #healhtyfood #healhtylifestyle

  • Hit that 225 wide grip today. I always felt like I was stronger on a narrow grip bench but this felt easier than my normal 225x10. Gonna have to play around with grip width for my max soon. 🤝•*
