ช่วงนี้วนเวียนกับโจ๊กมากรู้สึกว่ากินตอนเช้าแล้วอิ่มนาน แบบไม่กินจุกจิกระหว่างมื้อดี วันนี้เลยทำโจ๊กไข่ขาวอีกแล้ว ติดใจจากโจ๊กไข่ขาวไก่ฉีกวันนั้น แต่คราวนี้เพิ่มบรอกโคลีเข้าไปด้วยเหมาะกับคนที่ไม่ชอบกินผักแบบเรามากๆ ไม่มีกลิ่นผักไม่เหม็นเลย ในถ้วยนี้เค้าสับบรอกโคลีลงไปต้มกับน้ำสะอาดซักพักตามด้วยเทไข่ขาว ใช้สูตรเดิมเหมือนที่เคยลงไปเลยค่า👇🏻ด้านบนมีอกไก่ชิ้น ผักสามสี โรยต้นหอม ปรุงรสด้วยพริกไทยนิดหน่อยงับ อาหารเด็กเว่ออาหย่อย😋

Fini la glandouille 😅 J'ai commencé ma dernière formation obligatoire (FIMO) ce matin. Elle dure jusqu'au 12/04.
J'ai retrouvé les gars avec qui j'ai passé le permis le mois dernier et l'ambiance est toujours aussi sympa 😊👍

Côté repas, hier soir, j'ai eu la mega flemme de préparer ma boîte lunch 🙈😅 Du coup, pour le déjeuner, j'ai mangé un vieux reste de riz cantonais avec une barre proteinée au chocolat @nu3_fr (cf. stories). Par contre, ce soir, c'était 100%plaisir, 100% régalade 😋

Côté sport, j'ai fait ma séance haut du corps comme prévu (épaules/dos) avec 10mn d'abdos pour commencer et 1h de marche rapide pour terminer 💪😉

J'espère que pour vous aussi, la semaine démarre avec le bon état d'esprit 🤞

  • Full day of eating! 🥨🥦 & a lean bulk update 🥳 I've been back to normal macros for about a week now after vacation and macros have been increased - joined the 400g carb club on training days 👏🏻🤯 Whew, it's a lot of food! But, I'm still trying to grow more muscle and get stronger. Training has been a bit rough getting back to it, but it's getting there and I'm super happy with my recovery 🤗 My biggest issue at this point is my sleep - it's been bad... 🥺 like the worst it's ever been. I'm still working out exactly why I haven't been able to fall asleep or stay asleep, so I'm experimenting and will report back. Now for those meals...

  • Ma ünneplünk, mert ismét újabb 10kg-tól sikerült megszabadulni, na persze sajnos nem ahhoz képest amikor elmentem Mallorcara, de ez is nagy áttörés nekem, mert hivatalosan is újra beindult a fogyás nálam 😱 (Persze jópár kiló izom is feljött azóta de ezt csak egy speciális mérleg mutatja, illetve én látom a tükörben 🙈🙉🙊)
Meghozta a gyümölcsét az idén bevezetett heti 3 edzés 🏋🏼‍♂️, illetve az is hogy most újabban nagyon odafigyelek a kajára 😋
El sem hiszem, de már csak 10 bűvös kiló választ el a kitűzött céltól, ami évek óta lebeg a szemem előtt!
Ennek örömére délután készítettem egy diadalittas süteményt, ami tényleg majdnem minden mentes 😉
Áfonyás/Banános csokoládés muffin, amibe  fél dl Unicum Szilva is került az ünnep fényét megemelve 🤫
A receptet is megírtam nektek hozzá, hogy ti is ki tudjátok próbálni a finomságot! ❤️ Recept a blogon, link hozzà a profilomon 😌

  • Winner winner chicken dinner 🙌🏻🥰 Finally tried the new Trader Joe’s mozzarella & tomato sauce-stuffed gnocchi tonight, and it’s SO good. Like a light and fluffy and saucy-cheesy eat-the-entire-bag kind of good 😅Fortunately I had a few helpers on hand, so that didn’t happen (they all gave it a 👏🏻😍 like I did), but I’ll definitely be stocking up next time I’m at TJ’s because (dare I say it), I miight like it more than the cauliflower gnocchi 🙊.

This was a really easy 20 minute post-gym din! #whatsonmyplate: garlic-basil pan-seared chicken 🍗 •• crispy mozzarella & tomato-stuffed gnocchi (I prepared this the exact same way I prepare cauliflower gnocchi — tutorial in my stories 🎥) •• sautéed garlicky spinach w/ park & red pepper 🍃.

Today was a zoom-zoom day in every way, but capping it off with wine + a gorgeous sunset from my parents’ deck was the best way to wind down tonight 🌅❤️ Have a great evening, friends!! 😘

Once you’ve got the form nailed you can then focus on progressive overload - aka getting stronger! 💪🏼 Slowly increase the weights and reps over time ensuring that your form remains textbook perfect 👌🏼⁣⁣⁣

Now there may only be 11 different exercises in this split, but they have selected so that you hit every muscle group in your body! ⁣⁣⁣

One of the biggest mistakes beginners makes is spending hour on bicep curls and sit-ups, which are muscle groups with a far more limited growth potential than bigger muscle groups like your quads, hamstrings, chest and back. ⁣⁣⁣

Focussing on these compound movements is the fastest route to adding muscle and shedding body fat! 🙌🏼⁣
