Currently he is studying Communication Design and Media at KEA and he has prior experience in the creative field and Social Media. He is a man of many talents by killing it in travel photography, basketball and vlogging 📸🏀

  • "Last week, I had the honor of filming some of the most passionate nurses, occupational therapists, and physical therapists I've ever interviewed at Skill Scout. One of them will stay with me forever.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Dave was in a terrible motorcycle accident in 2016. He was severely burned and lost one of his legs. He was admitted into Encompass Health as part of his recovery. He not only experienced some of the best care but became inspired by the nurses and physical therapists who cared for him.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
After his stay, the therapists would call him anytime they needed a volunteer to come in and cheer on another amputee. Dave had found his calling. But he had no experience in the healthcare field. His wife encouraged him to apply at Encompass Health even if it meant him "brooming the floors" to get his foot in the door. He applied as a nursing tech. For the first time his interview responses felt seamless. He got the job. And lo and behold, one of his favorite nurses as a patient would now be his immediate supervisor.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Dave just completed 6 months as a nursing tech. Through Encompass Health he is now eligible to receive tuition reimbursement to start his career as a physical therapist. From patient to employee.   • Hoje nos stories encerramos nosso desafio de construção de EVP com a sexta e última etapa: divulgação da Proposta de Valor para fora, com o objetivo de vender a marca como Empregadora e atuar na atração dos talentos que estão alinhados com o propósito e cultura da empresa. 
É lógico que após implementado é preciso monitorar e ir fazendo os ajustes necessários.

Aqui está um exemplo da Gympass divulgado na revista Você SA há dias atrás. Ela conta um pouco da sua Cultura e como é trabalhar lá.  Inclusive coisas que podem não gerar interesse em todos, mas vai atingir que valoriza as mesmas coisas.

Não comentamos nos stories essa dica, utilizar revistas e jornais como propagadores da marca, mas também funciona muito bem como estratégia de Employer Branding.
