  • Don't settle. Don't go numb. You're far too expansive to be living such a small existence. You could set this world on fire if only you would stop putting out your own flame, if only you would let yourself ignite. You are meant for a big, brave, bold life. You are meant to do hard things, incredible things. You are electric. Please don't forget this. || #soulsparks

  • #TALKINGSESSION 23RD APRIL.
KINDLY SAY THESE WORDS OUT LOUD.

Dear Father, I thank You for setting eternity in my heart, such that there’s no limit to what I can envision. Thank You for lavishly granting me the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You; the eyes of my understanding being enlightened, to know the hope of Your calling and the glory of Your inheritance in the saints. I look away from all distracting situations, and I fix my gaze upon Jesus, the Living Word. I walk by faith and not by sensory perception. I thank You for the Holy Spirit who dwells in me and causes me to see the mysteries and secrets of the Kingdom, and apprehend my inheritance in Christ. I walk in divine prosperity, deliverance, health, victory, abundance, strength and promotions, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

  • My inner child is screaming with excitement and joy. Last night she was roaming free and she was fully seen, heard, touched, felt, respected, honored and most importantly, LOVED.
LOVE healed a part of me in a way I never imagined.
In this moment, what little, yet monumental, gift can you give your inner child that will make them scream with joy?
You both deserve it.

  • We all want to achieve something in our lives. We all have goals that we set, yet oftentimes forget. But what does it take to really achieve anything? How can you go about accomplishing a goal that you’ve always wanted to accomplish? Well, in the past, if you’ve set some goals and you didn’t follow through, there’s a reason for that. There’s a reason that we throw up our hands in silent resignation. Most of us simply want something and we want it now; we don’t want to have to work tirelessly for it.

So, how do we go from simply saying we want something, to actually following through and achieving anything we put our minds to? How do we push through when all we want to do is give up? Well, it boils down to a simple three-part formula that you can implement to accomplish any goal that you set to achieve. No matter how big or small that goal is, it can be achieved through the simple application of this formula. But, all too often, people simply get caught up and they stop pushing towards their hopes and their dreams.

  • We all remember the ‘birds and the bees’ talk with our parents, or in my case: step parent. Thats if you were lucky to be introduced to it from an early age. A lot of people were never spoken to about it at all. I’m sure I’m not the only one who remembers sex education in school, this consisted of having a policeman attend the class, bringing along drugs and big plastic posters with sexual transmitted diseases planted across.  Many people remember the condom bananas and being constantly told about periods. However there is a lot of extremely important topics within sex education that NEED to be spoken about. That NEED to be  told to children. I’m going to start creating content exploring this. It’s important as a creative to create content which creates change and challenges content. This is the direction I will be planning to focus more on. If anybody has anything they feel is really important that needs to be introduced, please message me! Thankyou lovelies 💗💗💗

  • We are not forgetting about the caregivers and family members who are taking care of their loved ones with cancer. Caring for someone with the illness is not an easy task and it may take a toll on your emotional and physical health. .

Here are some tips to help family and friends cope when a loved one is suffering from breast cancer:
.

1. Ask the doctor questions if you accompany your loved one to his or her appointments. .

2. Be prepared for unexpected mood and behavioral changes in your loved one. Medications, treatment, discomforts, and stress can cause your loved one to become depressed, angry, etc.
.

3. Be supportive but do encourage your loved one to be active and independent, as much as possible, to help him or her regain a sense of self-reliance and confidence.
.

4. Take care of yourself. Be aware of your own needs and make sure you are sleeping enough, eating properly, and taking some time off for yourself. There’s not much you can do if you are drained, irritable or unwell.
.

5. Ask help from other family members, relatives and friends if you need it. More often than not, they would be more than happy to be of help.

  • In this post, let’s talk a little bit about chemotherapy 😊
.

Chemotherapy involves using drugs to kill cancer cells that may be in a woman’s body. The treatment is given one or two times a month for 3 to 6 months. It may be the only treatment required, or it may be used in combination with other treatments, such as surgery and radiation therapy.
.

Side effects can include hair loss, nausea, dry mouth, nausea, fatigue, loss of appetite and liver damage for a short period of time. Long-term side effects, although rare, may include organ damage, nerve damage, and blood in urine or other cancers such as Hodgkin’s disease.
.

Depending on what type of cancer you have and whether it has spread, your doctor may use chemotherapy to:
.

1. Eliminate all cancer cells in your body, even when cancer is widespread.
2. Prolong your life by controlling cancer growth and spread.
3. Relieve symptoms and enhance your quality of life.

  • { Set Boundaries } It’s so important for women to set boundaries but very difficult to do for some of us until pushed enough to have to set them for self preservation and survival. Once I’ve made boundaries clear with people in my life or I hold them accountable to their actions, they call me tough or too strong or in the case of this post, that I’m holding a ‘grudge!’ Usually it’s the people who haven’t done their OWN inner work, who are miserable in their own lives and haven’t faced their truths who want to comment. Once I’ve set boundaries and discovered my own self worth and backed myself, my world has become a whole lot more peaceful and happy. Setting boundaries will set you free. It’s hard. It’s difficult to keep the container of negativity out and it’s sometimes all too consuming to continue to hold that fence up. Staying consistent will eventually see the shifts in others around you and you’ll be glad you stepped out of your comfort zone and stuck to your convictions 🤗
