What does an ideal basic Golf Active Warm-up look like?
One that ticks all the boxes, addresses all the key areas, and which you can do anytime, anywhere. Over the next week or two we’ll put one together. ⛳️🏌🏼♂️ .
1.) 90/90 Glute Stretch
Start in a seated position with hips and knees as close to 90 degrees as (comfortably) possible . Extend through the lower back, ‘be tall’, then lean forward with the upper body until you get a good stretch through the glutes. Hold this position for 10-30 seconds, or a few deep breaths.
