  • AFTER WORK FLOW WITH LENE ON MONDAYS IN FEBRUARY - A Yin/ Yang yoga flow for every body to unplug and recharge at the end of your day!

From February 2020, KL Yoga Collective will be running a regular schedule of yoga classes in Co- Bangsar. We are super excited about this collaboration and about having a partner to host our classes and events on the Bangsar side of town!

Lene’s Yin/ Yang Yoga sessions combine passive and active postures with breathing techniques and meditation. The Yang parts of the session consist of warming, dynamic, fluid sequences which target muscle and blood, while the Yin parts of the session apply restful, deep, rejuvenating postures which target connective tissue (ligaments, tendons & fascia). With the intention to cultivate awareness and enhance the flow of vital energy to maintain and restore the natural balance of body, mind and spirit, Lene’s Yin/ Yang Yoga sessions are playful and make a deep, integrated and satisfying practice.

We have four After Work Flow sessions with Lene on the schedule in Co. Bangsar this February.
