Sooooo...I kinda freaked my parents out this pass weekend. I’m a teen, it happens. First of all, I’m usually pretty good at staying in sight of my parents while exploring about, but this kinda caught me off guard. It happened around sunset. I was minding my own business, when suddenly, out of nowhere, there were loud gunshots and fireworks going off in the distance. Flight or fight kicked in and I ran! Dad said I must’ve ran off for miles because they drove around for a good amount of time looking for me with no luck. THEN it got pitch dark, windy, and cold! I’m not even being dramatic. Shit got real. I must’ve taken the wrong turn somewhere and lost the trail back. I wandered around for hours using every Boy Scout trick in the book. I’m pretty sure I was following the North Star at one point or maybe it was a plane. Anyhow, luckily, mom and dad kept some lanterns on and the fire going at the campsite in hopes that I would see it. And I did! I followed the dim light and the occasional sound of my name being shouted. Eventually I made my way back to the campsite and ran straight to the tent and pawed on it. The tent quickly opened and I was met with a huge hug which was immediately followed by a long lecture about not running off alone. Thor called me a chicken for leaving and I tackled him to the ground. #lifewithahusky#huskylife#husky#lostdog#adventuresinthedark#dogadventures#nature#roamer#nomadicdog#thegreatoutdogs#optoutside#outdooradventures#huskiesofinstagram#dogsofistagram#dailyfluff#instadog#dogoftheday#runawaydog#doggo#dog#desert#explorer#homeiswhereyouparkit
Using a mixture of editing tools from Lightroom to the actual instagram enhancers. I don’t know how I feel about this image it’s pretty recent. The more I stare at it thought the more I see it looks like an iPhone picture.
