I mean we all want the best out of our lives, but knowing that 85% of our daily thoughts up to 70.000 are exactly the same as the day before.....how can you expect differences to occur?
Besides afformations ( not affirmations) and meditation, exploring is a great way to change your thoughts.
Finding new cultures, experience new tastes will create new thoughts.
New thoughts will lead to new emotions and new emotions will lead to new actions.
Go and explore!
Awesome 45th birthday! Keto beef vindaloo & cupcakes; wonderful gifts & so many lovely posts on FB - it is not lost on me how very very lucky I am 💗 #blessed#familyiseverything

My youngest baby- who isn’t a baby anymore 😢 Every night when I lay with him to put him to bed, I get a sense of sadness in thinking how not so little he is anymore. I miss the baby stage- lack of sleep and all. .
Honestly, my husband and I have been talking about having a 4th....
Now don’t get all crazy on me. I said THINKING!!! It makes me so sad that our kids are growing up so damn fast! Where did time go? .
I come from a big family. There are 5 of us and everyone of my siblings has 4 children (that’s 19 grandchildren for my parents 🤗). My oldest niece is getting married in July and seriously??? How the hell did that happen? She was just a baby like yesterday! The point is, whether or not God blesses us with a 4th (not trying!), I will squeeze these precious moments with my baby boy and my older 2 so tightly. Because seriously, you blink your eyes and they are all grown up. .
So Mamas, let’s remind ourselves that when we get frustrated with little dirty hands touching the sofa, temper tantrums in the mall (Gosh I hate those!) , being a taxi driver on repeat 24/7 or cleaning up spills off the floor, that these moments are precious and short lived. Embrace every single one of them for one day, they will be just memories 💔 #preciousmoments#pleasestaylittle
EEEEKKK!!! This is AMAZING!! We’ve just been in business just 4 short years and we were just awarded the #35th Top Direct Sales Company in the ENTIRE world 🌎 in 2018!!! Can you imagine where we will be at the end of 2019?! 🔥
Plus we are the winner of Best Places to Work!!! PLUS.....we are one of only 12 companies to GROW ⬆️ by a HUNDRED MILLION dollars in one year! 🤩
Family shapes who we are in ever way. Who we live with, grow up around, and spend time with changes us! Since moving away from home I have only grown more in how much I love my siblings and parents. I miss those nights were we’d call out goodnight from just a room away. Where we would swim in the pool and dad would bbq. And when we’d sit around the dinner table and have real conversations about our day, what we learned, and how we were growing 💁🏼
Not a lot of people grow up with a family who sits around the table. Or a family who will drop everything for each other. The more that Tyler and I establish our own family of two and what’s important to us the more we realize how blessed we were growing up. Tyler growing up with such loving parents. And myself growing up with such loving parents and two siblings who I love more than life!
Tell your family you love them today! Remember how blessed you are to have them. And squeeze them every chance you get 💕
The fab 7! 💗 Loved this blended family session from last night! .
So often I’m asked if we should cancel sessions if it’s overcast. The answer is absolutely not!!!✋🏻🤣 Overcast gives the most beautiful and consistent light. 😍😍😍 It’s my most favorite time to photograph! Now if it’s raining.... yes, let’s reschedule! .
So blessed to have another little baby girl in my life. Kennedy was born yesterday evening weighing 5 lbs. 3oz. with the sweetest cry I have ever heard. She is beautiful, just like her incredibly strong and brave mommy; and lively like her sister. I am incredibly blessed to have these three girls and a Heavenly Father that would place them in my life. April is officially my favorite month! #familyiseverything#girlsrock#twochancesatfirstfemalemasterschamp
Two years ago, I happened to meet a lady at a local craft market who wanted to branch out further in her life by starting to expand her own, small home business. -
She worked daily for a group home as a day provider but wanted to establish better control of her destiny. -
She was hesitant to go it alone, afraid that she wouldn't be able to make enough money to quit her boring day job. Her biggest challenge to succeed was not her ability; it was her belief in herself. -
For her, most of her friends and acquaintances doubted her ability to be a business owner, or suggested to her that she should just forget about her business idea and keep her job telling her that jobs were hard to come by. -
Fortunately for her, though, she did not want to totally give up her idea. And, while she continued to have nagging doubts about what she really wanted to do, her goal was totally supported by a new business acquaintance. -
Her business acquaintance gave her encouragement, made time available whenever she needed questions or suggestions, or just to talk about business issues. And, though she had all the right plans and ability to succeed, she remained her own worse obstacle. The good news is that she continued even though struggling with self-doubt but persevered and quit her day job to go it alone last year. -
More Than Just Building Her Business
What she conquered was more than issues around developing her business; she conquered her own apprehension, her own self-doubt. She succeeded because she did not listen to the naysayers; -
she succeeded because she overcame the greatest obstacle -
Her own belief in herself. -
Believe in yourself and you can conquer the world!

On Easter Sunday we all headed to church to celebrate the empty tomb, the most incredible life giving news you will ever receive. It was so good to be in church again! After two weeks on the road in full on vacation mode, it felt so good to be sitting in church. It was a completely new church to us and we didn’t know a soul, but there’s just something about the community that you find in a group of believers. A sense of belonging, an understanding... A “come as you are” comfortability. I cried tear after tear in deep gratitude for the life saving work he has done for us on the cross. I am by no means perfect, and have messed up so much. I had been so grouchy with my family the few days before because that darn So Cal #superbloom was messing with my lungs. I am so thankful for grace upon grace that He offers us, especially when we miss the mark repeatedly. (this is me raising my hand on that one! 🙋♀️) We then headed out to explore some tide pools which was a first for the kids and Dan! We found so many fun sea creatures! Check out my stories to get a peek at what we found! It was so special to enjoy the tide pools together!
