Latihan ini berkonsentrasi pada bagian lutut dan punggung serta dapat dilakukan oleh siapa saja.

Untuk permulaan Lakukan 20 detik sd 1 menit untuk memperkuat dan ringankan betis, paha depan, paha belakang, glutes, dan inti serta untuk menghilangkan lemak perut.

Langkah 1
Bersandar di dinding dengan kaki selebar bahu dan dengan kuat ditaruh dilantai. Ini adalah posisi awal.

Langkah 2
Taruh kaki ke depan. Turunlah saat kamu melakukannya ( lihat video) dan tetap bersandar di dinding.

Langkah 3
Perlahan-lahan geser ke bawah dinding dengan punggung menekannya sampai kaki ditekuk pada sudut yang tepat. Sudut ini sangat penting karena jika paha tidak sejajar dengan tanah, otot-otot kamu tidak akan baik. Pastikan lutut tepat di atas pergelangan kaki dan jangan lebih.

Tahan posisi ini selama 20-30 detik. Secara bertahap, tingkatkan waktu tahan hingga 60 detik.

Многие из Вас наверняка слышали, что карнитин помогает похудеть. Однако, о том как именно он действует есть много мифов:
🤦‍♀️можно ничего не делать, выпить карнитин и  начнешь худеть
🤦‍♀️он вообще не действует;
🤦‍♀️это какая-то вредная "химия" лучше держаться от нее подальше.

Что же это на самом деле такое:
Карнитин - абсолютно натуральное вещество, родственное витаминам группы B, которое содержится в молочных продуктах, авокадо, грибах, цельнозерновом хлебе, а самая большая его концентрация в сыром мясе и рыбе. ⠀
Однако, при тепловой обработке он разрушается, ♨️а люди с повышеной физической активностью имеют повышенную потребность в карнитине. ⠀

 Как он действует:
Во время физической нагрузки он помогает жиру «превращаться» в энергию, 💥тем самым способствуя похудению. В то время, как недостаток карнитина иногда является причиной лишнего веса.
