It’s very important to take time for some self-love. I sometimes forget to appreciate my own fitness accomplishments. I saw this older picture on the left in my feed yesterday and realized I was wearing the same outfit and decided to do a side by side. I’m pretty happy with the results. I’ve had people telling me I look just fine in the first photo. And while I Was...physically I Feel better now ...aesthetically I like the way I look better now. So as long as you’re happy with yourself and you feel healthy, then that’s all that’s important. It doesn’t matter what the world thinks.

Day 40 post op- - left is day before surgery- middle was 2 weeks post op and right is today- I’ve noticed the biggest changes in my tummy, I was working out and doing everything I could prior to my surgery and nothing was changing my body I was actually gaining weight and adding more inflammation-just from these toxic sacks we get to make us feel “ pretty” -so I’m definitely feeling 1 million times better since explant- however I did have one small little hiccup- I’ve been shovelling landscaping rocks for the last week or so and I had actually popped open my incision on my right side so back to taking it easy which is not something I can do willingly -I don’t sit still very well. #breastimplantillness#postop#day40#feelingfabulous#explant#byebyeboobies

Who would have thought these 3 exercises would burn the glutes..... not me.

I did one minute per exercise then rested for one minute. So do the 3 exercises back to back before you rest. I did 4 rounds. So this workout took me less than 20 minutes to finish.
I use a fabric band because they don’t slip or roll up and a 14lb medicine ball.

I got the skirt and the sweater from H&M and I am just in LOVE with this outfit.
I don't usually dress like this and made it my goal to try new styles this year.
I usually stay away from long skirts because it makes me look shorter. But who cares. I am rocking this outfit! :D
Needless to say I think I am going to dress like this more!
