S/O to my humans who don’t give a F*CK about what others (or society) think of them!! Live life on your own terms & don’t let anyone else’s thoughts or opinions of you make you doubt yourself EVER. Life is TOO short to be caring/worrying about what other people think of you! Those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind peeps! Also BIG love to those who messaged me about the gender neutral post! You guys rock 🤘🤘🤘
Statistically 1 in 4 women will experience a miscarriage and 1 in 8 will deal with infertility.
definition of infertility is
“The failure to achieve a clinical pregnancy after 12 months or more of regular unprotected sexual intercourse”.
Some of the most common underlying causes of Infertility are
>IRREGULAR MENSTRUAL CYCLES
But where did these diagnosis come from? Why did they develop? Finding the root cause of these issues can help you avoid unnecessary interventions and save money.
What are some of the ways you can naturally help or potentially fix these reproductive blockers so that you can give your body the best chances of conceiving without invasive procedures such as IVF or taking medications such as Clomid?
Here are my top 3 recommendations I suggest adding as a foundation to reset and encourage a healthy reproductive system.
🥚 #1 - Balance your blood sugar levels #2 - Clean up your environment ( ie: change whatever you ingest, put on or in your body to natural ingredients, avoiding endocrine disruptors) #3 - Connect with your body, learn your hormones and keep a journal how you feel throughout the month in relation to the different cycles.

my body and I, we're friends now.
we're best pals.
when there's one thing I've learned over the last years, then it's this:
it doesn't matter what you look like when it comes to self-love.
all that matters is your self-image
aka what you think about yourself, how much you support or judge yourself,
how much you forgive or criticize yourself, how much you talk positively or negatively to yourself.
It's about how much worth and value you assign to yourself, how you talk about yourself to others, how you care for yourself, treat yourself, respect yourself, nourish yourself, walk, talk, and especially act.
All these things matter when it comes to how much we love ourselves and our body.
One of my favorite strategies for basically everything I wish for is to already step into the reality of my dreams before they have come true.
Already be that person that loves herself, that talks kindly to herself, that treats herself well - I started doing that before I believed it myself. And after a while, I was convinced.
Some days are better than others and it's important not to beat yourself up in the process. But the only way to keep walking is to make the first step, to start somewhere, with what you have, right now.
What are your best self-love tips?
This week's conversations is with none other than @keishjp , a young black woman who's been building a name for herself through her art.We immediately realized that Keish is a woman of few words but she definitely got out of her shell for this one. Keish told us about her upbringing and where her interest for art might have came from. We also discussed the meaning behind the naked bodies in her art, how an artist should price or evaluate their art, story behind one of her biggest commissions, the importance of having a team when it comes to doing business and much more.
Just a quick drawing study for gesture and to get to know the different layer modes in Procreate. And I still need to work on Proportion more 😄
Do you have any tips for learning the proportion of the human body? 🤓
