Band snap downs! ⚡️
Anytime I’ve trained with high level wrestlers or Russians they use this method to warmup or to finish off a session. Just like shadow boxing, and shadow wrestling , but continuous snap downs! Snap down to the centre , and then to each side. 1 minute intervals contrast with a weighted hold or try for 5 minutes straight. Repeat 3-5 rounds! #letsgochamp
