So Turn that fear into drive not to be be beaten. Throat punch anything that stands in your way. Have a knock out kinda day my lovelies.

Mindfulness isn’t difficult- we just need to remember to do it.
This is my view from where I ate my dinner tonight.
Unbelievable what a beautiful night sky and fresh air can do for your mindset.
I felt my inner dialogue shifting to a negative place, I felt irritation creeping in, and I felt anxiety starting to make decisions for me. I remembered mindfulness and experienced this beautiful moment. I’ve always loved my job, and I’ve always loved nights. This picture captures the gratitude I have for my chance to experience these moments from a healthy place.
My suggestion for an on shift mindfulness practice (stimulate that parasympathetic nervous system!!)-
•2 minutes of deep breathing in an area away from others (outside the bays/a bathroom etc)
•listen to some light music with headphones in for a few minutes
•drink a glass of ice cold water slowly
Shift your shift into a positive place. Maintain your mental health. You are nothing to anyone if you don’t look after you.
