Sopa de salmón •
💫Ingredientes:
1/2 cebolla perla picada 
1/2 plátano verde rallado 
1 Pepa de ajo rallado 
1 tomate picado 
1 cebolla blanca 
1 zanahoria rallada 
2 cucharadas de puerro picado 
Pizca de comino 
Albahaca 
Perejil 
1 filete de salmón ••
💫Preparación:
Refreír 2 minutos la cebolla, puerro y ajo. Añadir el tomate 3-5 minutos más, removiendo constantemente (hasta que se deshaga)
Agregar el resto de ingredientes, 3 tazas de agua y dejar hervir alrededor de 30 minutos, removiendo ocasionalmente

Wow I’ve been spoilt for views this week, from #castles 🏰 to forts : from Brean ➡️ Sandpoint. 42.73k so 26 miles in 3:26 hours + 454 m elevation. Yes it’s fun, but it’s also time consuming and tiring. I’m doing this in preparation for the 3 peak challenge in a few months where I will crack Mount Snowdon Ben Nevis and Skafel Pike in 24 hours which is  total of 23 miles and 3064 metres of ascent. I’m doing it for mental health research and I could do with a little help raising some money for this amazing cause!! About Mental Health Research UK

Mental Health Research UK is the first UK charity dedicated to raising funds for research into mental illnesses, their causes and cures. Mental Health Research UK was registered as a charity in 2008 (Charity No: 1125538). In April 2014 Mental Health Research UK linked with the #Schizophrenia Research Fund (SRF). The linking came about as over the years both charities have been awarding joint #PhD Scholarships in the field of schizophrenia and the trustees of both organisations had a common interest to develop this association further.

The Trustees of SRF and the #Trustees of #MentalHealthResearchUK joined the new board of Trustees which now manages both charities. The association makes the future of Mental Health Research UK more financially secure and ensures that at least two PhD Scholarships can be awarded each year for the foreseeable future.

It is one of the few #charities in the #UK which gives at least 95% of all donations received to our charitable aim - in our case, research. If you support us, nearly every penny you give is helping to make a difference in the long-term .
