До Испании остаётся почти 3 недели, это 6-тое место в Греции мне дал такОй пендаль под задницу, что я сейчас, как сумасшедшая пашу - нагрузка выросла! Позирование!!!!!!!!!!! Сто раз позирование!!!! Замечаю, что дольше могу в позе стоять, но тьфу-тьфу, чтоб не сглазить🙈🤞🏼😆.

  • Diese Saison diäte ich eher stillschweigend vor mich hin ist mir aufgefallen🙆‍♀️ Mir fehlt im Moment die Zeit zum Posten und Bilder machen📷 Ich denke es wird in den nächsten Tagen mal wieder Zeit für einen Einblick in meine derzeitige Form für euch. Ich kann zumindest sagen, dass die Vorbereitung bisher spitze läuft👌 Das Gewicht purzelt und die Form verbessert sich stetig. Ich bin aber, wie ihr bereits wisst, ohnehin jemand der enorme Freude an der Defi hat🤩 Es macht Spaß die körperlichen Veränderungen zu beobachten. Das Training läuft momentan ebenfalls sehr gut, da ich mich in einer Diätphase allgemein viel fitter und nicht so schwerfällig fühle🤣💥💣💪 Zumindest jetzt noch... Die letzten 2 Wochen vor dem Wettkampf sind die Reserven dann wahrscheinlich aufgebraucht und ich versuche nurnoch mein Training zu überleben😅💀 Ich genieße bis dahin also mein derzeitiges Hulk-Feeling💪Gebt Gas❣

  • When I sarted training my goal was to lose weight. And the only thing I thought was the right thing to do is cardio, which is good and has it benefits.  But I now believe the best thing to do is to do both cardio and resistance training.

When I ask women who want to lose fat what is their goal, the common answer is “I want to lose fat and tone up” which means they want to lose fat but they also want to see some muscle definition.
.
If that’s your goal, you won’t achieve it by spending hours on the treadmill. To “tone up” you need to do resistance training as well. If you want to sculpt your body, weight training is what will help you to achieve that.

And no you won’t look like a man. Heavy compound workouts are what helped me to  go from the left pic (2015) to now.

PS: I’m 6 feet tall, on left I was 155 lbs which was my lightest weight ever. I started training when I was overweight at 186 lbs. then drop my weight to 155 lbs before starting working on muscle gain. And I’m now almost back to my starting weight but with a lot of muscle and less fat.

Reminder that the weekend is an amazing time to restructure what isn’t working and to plan out what WILL work. Perhaps that’s why a lot of people choose Sunday for meal prep?? 😁

Also, working out on the weekend is another great way to start the week. Imagine waking up Monday morning feeling prepped and refreshed long before the alarm ever goes off!

  • Throw back to February and the Ice 🏨 @hoteldeglace...Full day of recovery in the icy conditions🥶😂including the chair am sitting on🍑😆...and am sure I was the only one looking at it as a recovery😂🦍...reminded me gotta start Cryotherapy again besides the infrared sauna and compression therapy 🦍🦍💪🏻💪🏻

🔸You have more motivation to go to the gym.
🔸It is safer because you would always have a spotter for heavy weights.
🔸Time flies (because you're having fun).
🔸You can push yourself further.
🔸You have more motivation to try new  exercises and it brings variety to your workouts
🔸Competition makes your performance better. 💪🏼 What is better for you? to workout alone or with a partner?
. 🇩🇪: Meine Meinung nach, ich liebe es mit jemandem zusammen zu trainieren. Es gibt viele Gründe wieso einen Trainingspartner zu haben eine gute Idee ist:
🔸Du hast mehr Motivation ins Fitnessstudio zu gehen.
🔸Es ist sicherer weil dir jemand mit den schweren Gewichten helfen kann.
🔸Die Zeit vergeht schneller weil du mehr Spaß hast.

1️⃣People say "you are what you eat”. Well, that’s very true, a diet rich in vitamins, minerals and protein not only helps you to keep a fit body, it helps too that all your organs work appropriately and to keep them healthy including the nails and hair.
2️⃣Sport: physical activity helps us control our stress levels. We all have stress, we all have problems, keep in mind: do you have problems? or the problems have you? If the problem is in your hands, well ... Do it something and change it! If not, accept it and continue living.
3️⃣The chemicals and high temperatures: I am the number one enemy of the hair dryer or iron. Yes my people, even I go out with wet hair without brushing in winter (helps to boost your immune system naturally and you have not to expose your hair to high temperatures).
