Šúľance patria medzi moje top-strop jedlá a ak na ne dostanem chuť, tak vždy sa ich snažím niečím ozvláštniť. 💥 A toto bol riadny upgrate, ktorý musíte vyskúšať aj vy! 💪
.
Už tu boli čisto špaldové, tvarohové, proteínove, krupicové, ale batatové? OMG! 🤤 HELL YES!
. 
Už ste skúšali do cesta namiesto klasických zemiakov primiešať batáty? 😍 Tá chuť sa nedá ani slovami opísať! 👌 Musíte naozaj ochutnať a dať mi vedieť či dostali aj vás, tak ako nás. 😎

Suroviny (2 porcie):
Cesto:
1 ks (200g) batát,
150-200g polohrubej špaldovej múky,
1 celé vajce,
štipka soli,
.
Posýpka:
mandle nasekané nahrubo,
celozrnná strúhanka, 
trstinový cukor/xilytol, 
maslo ghee,
.
Postup: Batát som si ušúpala, nakrájala na väčšie kusy a uvarila vo vriacej vode domäkka. Potom som ho rozpučila vidličkou a nechala vychladnúť. Nakoniec som všetky suroviny na cesto zmiešala na kuchynskej linke a vymiesila. Cesto som zabalila do potravinárskej fólie a dala na 30 minút odpočívať do chladničky.

Cesto som si rozdelila na 4 kúsky a každý kúsok som vyvaľkala v dlaniach do hrubšie ho valčeka (ak sa bude cesto lepiť, pridajte múku.) Z cesta som odkrajovala menšie kúsky a tvarovala šúľance. Šúľance som varila vo vriacej vode, dokiaľ nevyplávali na povrch a premiestnila do misky. Ešte horúce som poliala maslom ghee.

Posýpku som robila tak trošku od oka podľa chuti. 🤭 Do panvice som pridala trošku masla ghee, trstinového cukru, domácej strúhanky a mandle a opiekla na miernom plameni dochrumkava. 😊

Horúce šúľance som posypala mandľovou posýpkou a 🐷. Dobrú chuť. 🤤

  • Patience is your key to succes. The one reason you don’t succeed is because you fucking give up too quickly

Give some thought to this.... compare your progress with school. You won’t compare yourself to a 4th year student, if you’re a 1st year student. You don’t expect to know as much as someone who has been in the game so much longer.  So why compare yourself to the biggest fitness influencer in the game, if your diet started last week
.
Don’t quit because you don’t have your perfect ass yet. Your perfect physique. Or your perfectly looking abs. Start having the patience to think long term instead of wanting perfection in the sort term.
.
That physique you’re dieing to have, takes YEARS.  Years worth of hard work. Decication. Suffering. Workouts. And mostly patience.
.
You are so much closer to your goals by slowly progressing. Baby steps, are still steps. You’ve come so far. Yet. And by not giving up, you will get wherever you want to be 🙌🏻

  • Some things take time when done the right way and under Precise, Flawless guidance... I started working out with them from September 2018 and now it is a part of my daily life... It is now my daily driver and anchor 😍. In this whole journey i not only lost weight but i also gained muscle, flexibility, confidence and the zeal to take on challenges head on. 
I am really greatful to my trainers and pals... @dackshchauhan and @rajat9047 who guided me and kept me motivated each day during this whole journey. They are one of the most passionate and knowledgeable people who give you the correct information and solutions customized for your need unlike some big brands and banners of  this so called fitness industry. 
I was able to do this without any major changes to my normal home cooked Vegetarian Diet... I did not take any supplements of any form either to loose weight or to gain muscle... This was done in a completely natural way. 
PS: also @shruti.p.rishi and Shimantika Debroy Basu agar ye dono patli ladkiya 😛 meri life mein nahi hoti to main kabhi fit hone ki sochta bhi nahi 😆
