Taking care of patients everyday is a passion of mine. Making sure they are well cared for and safe is a very gratifying feeling. I try to be as patient myself with issues and critically think/discuss with my team appropriate interventions. But I wear many hats. I transform daily into this recluse dude at the gym putting in the work daily bettering myself. The gym is my sanctuary where I throw weights around, sweat and rid myself of the stress collected each day
The better I feel, the better I am able to perform in all aspects of life. I am still evolving, still transforming in my career and in the gym. Love learning about myself and capabilities. Who knows what is to come!

Eat well, move and exercise and keep your life balanced. Don’t stress over a macro, a diet, a number or anything else .
You can achieve anything you put your mind and focus too. Don’t let anyone tell you are not worth a thing because you are .
Appreciate where you’ve been, where you are and where you are going. Moms and Ladies you are the toughest on your body. Let it go you are amazing and you can impact lives .

I moved to Dallas for only one reason, to be closer to the two older kids. It’s been absolutely amazing to get to be with them when I can but It’s also been difficult. I’m doing everything I can to see them as often as I can. I started to realize that no matter what I’m doing or how great my time was that an obstacle keeps revealing itself in the worst of ways. This obstacle is actually making it extremely hard on me. Maybe I deserve it but for how long? I knew this road was gonna be difficult and I want this more than anything.
I know how I’ve been in the past with the two older kids and the inconsistencies and the road I had to go down to get to this stage in my life and the obstacles I have had to go thru to be here right now. And I’ve always taken full blame for how everything has played out. I am not gonna give up bc a certain obstacle has it out to get me or whatever it is. I am going to continue being consistent in everything that I am doing for my kids even the things my kids don’t see or anyone for that matter. Actions always speak louder than words. I want relationships with them so bad. My heart hurts right now and longs to be the best father to all 3 of my children. I know the path that’s been laid out before me and love along with truth will always overcome. I trust and have faith in my higher power. It’s always darkest before the dawn. Remember to love and bless the ones that have hurt you the most bc they are obviously hurting at some level or need healing and it only hurts you to have ill will for others. Workout partner or solo savage?!?!? For the gym i NEVER want a partner. One of my worst pet peeves is when people strike up a conversation while im trying to workout. Dont get me wrong, I absolutely love talking to people and all about community, but when its go time, step back!!!! What do you prefer?

Everyone knows the famous saying “you can’t out work a bad diet” 😜
That is so true but I, personally, hate the term ‘diet’. So many people look for the newest ‘fad diet’, magic pill or miracle wrap and expect instant results! 🤭
As much as we all wish our bodies were like amazon Prime and ‘arrive’ in one day, it just isn’t realistic!
You can also spend hours in the gym and see no results. You know why?! You guessed it, “you can’t out work a bad diet”! Well, I love my 🍫 and 🍩 and hate counting calories! Raise your 🙋🏽♀️ if you do too!
