Not exactly the best form and I still had support of the mirror😁.
But was defenitely a feel good moment considering I used to freak out thinking IL snap my neck if I lose balance, n seeing anything upside down made my head spin😛.
Guess it's about taking little steps n being pleased in the little achievements along the way!
Maybe it's just about going on a 20 min walk or just eating one meal healthy or just cutting the sugar off just that evening chai. Little steps.👣 .
I'm going to go on with this n hopefully one day will progress to a full handstand on a tiny piece of land overlooking a valley n post a fancier picture 😁 For now, OMG I managed to balance on head😛

Zutaten für 6 Pancakes:⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔸️40g Eiweißpulver (Geschmack nach Wahl)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Alle Zutaten bis auf die Blaubeeren zu einem Teig mixen. Anschließend den Teig in einer leicht befetteten Pfanne zu kleinen Pancakes braten 😊💪

MOTIVATION vs DISCIPLINE
How are you feeling post Easter break?
People often ask how I find MOTIVATION; a lot of the time the answer is: I don’t! Motivation is hard to find even for myself at times. I prefer to rely on DISCIPLINE. You will never be constantly motivated so you must learn to be disciplined. .
I spent the weekend away, to be honest I only trained once and I ate plenty of cheese and biccies (no I didn’t eat chocolate, not for health reasons I just don’t like it), I’m 💯 a savoury tooth.
I enjoyed my time away and didn’t think to much about food or training it was nice to give myself a little break. BUT the first thing I did when I got home this afternoon was a weekly shop and prepared all my meals for the coming week, I’ve also blocked out all my training times in my diary. As much as I enjoyed my time away I am actually excited to get back to my weekly routine. .
Success and results come from a few simple disciplines practiced everyday. Self discipline starts with the mastery of your thoughts. If you don’t control what you think you can’t control what you do! .
Don’t let your Easter long weekend take you off course from your goals, make a plan for your week, do your shopping, get your meals ready, decided on your training schedule and routine! The holidays are over. 👊🏼
