  • Wellness und Entspannung waren heute geplant. Der Start war aber alles andere als entspannt. Obwohl wir regelmäßig in Thermen sind, waren wir diesmal zu blöd das Schließsystem der Schränke zu verstehen. Mit dem Ergebnis, dass unsere Chips nicht mehr funktionieren und wir die Schränke nicht zu bekommen haben. 🙈 Ich hatte schon keinen Bock mehr und wollte wieder nach Hause. Also bin ich erstmal los und habe jemanden gesucht, der uns hilft. Hat zum Glück schnell geklappt. Und nachdem wir uns mit den Örtlichkeiten vertraut gemacht hatten, konnte es mit der Entspannung auch endlich los gehen. Soweit man sich entspannen kann, wenn die ältere Dame im Ruheraum, zwei Liegen weiter,  den kompletten Regenwald zersägt. 🙉😉 #wellness #urlaub #qualitytime #love #lifestyle #cozy #lifeisbeautiful #fitnesslifestyle #fitnesslover

  • Strength and plyometrics... but what about tekkers?

So listening to podcasts lately and buying programmes and platforms to learn more.
-
Then started really looking at jumping and technique, which is interesting when you don’t really think about what you’re looking at.
-
Look at the arm swing for the high jumper: short, flows, fairly quick without much wind up.
-
Look at torso angle of the high jumper and LeBron: fairly upright with a lot of strength and stability coming from that single leg.
-
Then we have what’s called a penultimate step: the gather step/stride leading into your jump basically.
-
Some single leg jumpers have shorter ones some have longer ones.
-
Most two foot jumpers have a fairly big one, probably better compared to mine in the picture from back in the day.

  • Throw back to the morning of show day. At this moment right here I realized so much about myself. At this moment right here any doubt I ever had in my head was gone. At this moment right here, those 18 weeks of dieting was all worth it. I fought hard through prep with myself especially early on. When you first start prep and start working on posing, you look like shit. Well I did at least. I didn’t know how to pose and was learning as we went. I knew the basics, but I knew if I wanted to do anything special I would have to work like crazy to better myself. Just hours on hours one hours of training, posing, eating , check ins and constant criticism to see what I can do more of. All of that never felt so right when I woke up and seen this. I can’t wait to beat this version of me. I can’t wait to make this look like it was nothing. It’s going to take a bunch of time and work. As I say that, I still take time to appreciate what I have done already. After my show, I went straight back to work. I went to the gym everyday and started the off season right. This last week I’ve come to look back at my prep. I’ve took time to be grateful for the work I’ve already done and just thank those he helped me get to that point. I never once did this process alone and I’m thankful to have some much support. We have come so far, yet have so much farther to go. I’m happy to say this is only the beginning and can’t wait to see how much farther I can take this. -
To all those I’ve talked to about competing lately, do it. Don’t cheat your prep. Be honest with yourself, be honest with your coach, and do the work. You don’t want to get done with all of this and not be happy with the product you put on that stage. Most importantly, stay focused and be strong. Prep will break you down mentally. You have to be strong enough to tell yourself that you’re going to own that shit. You will have dark thoughts on why are you doing this? On why all of this makes sense? On if you can make it through? And I know for a fact you can do it. Put your mind in the right place and surround yourself with love and support and you will do amazing. I believe in you all and can’t wait to see everyone do amazing!

Prior to moving to Seattle, he danced for TU Dance in St. Paul Minnesota, and moved to Seattle in 2015 to receive his MFA in Arts Leadership from Seattle University.  In addition to performing in Seattle, David also works at Seattle Art Museum, and his passion for personal growth and inspiring others led him to teacher training. 🙌🏿 how about some  some love and a nice warm welcome for David!

  • О птичке🦜

Маленькая птичка летела на юг, чтобы перезимовать. Было так холодно, что она замерзла и упала на землю в большом поле. Пока она там лежала, корова прошла мимо и покакала на нее. Лежа в коровьей лепешке, птичка вдруг поняла, как ей тепло. Коровье дерьмо вернуло ее к жизни!

Птичке вдруг стало так хорошо, что она запела, чтобы выразить свою радость. Пробегавшая мимо кошка услышала пение и решила разобраться, в чем тут дело. Следуя к источнику звука, кошка нашла птичку, раскопала ее и съела.

Мораль истории:
1) не каждый, кто нагадил на Вас, Ваш враг.
2) не каждый, кто достает Вас из дерьма, Ваш друг.
3) когда Вам хорошо и тепло, лучше держать рот закрытым.

  • Каждое следующее повторение тяжелее предыдущего , но преодолевая его я становлюсь сильнее не только физически , но психологически , морально , духовно , как угодно , но сильнее чем был вчера . И завтра я буду сильнее чем сегодня !  Вот , что вы должны говорить себе каждый раз !  Я занимался при любых погодных условиях : дождь , ветер не важно , я  выходил на спортплощадку , сквозь сугробы пробирался  к турникам . Занимался до часу ночи .  Это я делал и делаю не для того , чтобы  кому-то или  себе , что-то доказать . Просто в этом и есть Я .  Найдите своё Я и живите в гармонии с ним иначе вы просто проживаете свою жизнь , а не живёте .

  • Находясь здесь в зале , что мы теряем ?  Лишь не много времени...
Взамен получаем многое : здоровье , эстетичный внешний вид , заряд энергии , уверенность в себе , ясные и светлые мысли , положительное настроение , здоровый и крепкий сон.  Это далеко не все плюсы которые даёт вам занятие спортом ... Это ваш личный вклад в самого себя

  • Злых людей не бывает !  Я считаю , что злых людей не бывает , ведь все мы рождаемся беззаботными .  Нас в детстве не интересует ничего кроме как поиграть , покушать и поспать .  Так от куда же берутся злые люди ? 
Люди становятся озлобленными в силу влияния окружающего их мира . 
Непонимание со стороны общества , отсутствие бытового комфорта , денежный вопрос , одиночество , нервозность  и прочие проблемы ведут человека к злобе на всё и всех , и даже на самого себя .
Мы , общество , в ответе за рождение зла в людях.
