A steady diet of lateral raises performed at least twice per week for 4 or 5 sets (in addition to all other pressing work) has really started to pay off in terms of additional width and roundness for my shoulders.
Once per week, I perform dumbbell lateral raises and another day I perform cable lateral raises. I don’t really believe one to be better than the other and simply appreciate the variety and slight differences between the movements.
I believe lateral raises are one of the only “must-do” exercises in terms of building an impressive physique. Hit those lateral raises, perform them frequently, and keep working towards those capped shoulders 💪🏼
