  • I am finally starting to not only feel more like myself, but am learning who I really am. I am at peace now. I am easing back in to a workout routine. I’m ready to continue building my business. And I’m just ready to start living again. It took a lot of tears, a lot of alone time and a lot of self care- but I’m backkkkk 😜 Thank you all sooo much for your kind words as I try to make it through this difficult time, it meant so much to me! 
Side note: how long did you wait to get another dog after your dog passing? I feel guilty getting another dog but also feel like I need a companion since my kids spend time away with their dad now.

The Bible says that you cannot bless and not be blessed in return. This group of people have been such a blessing to me. They are there for me when I am down. They are there for me when I need accountability. Each of them have touched my heart in ways that I cannot explain. We call it a fit family because that is what we are - a family. God has blessed me in so many ways on this journey and I am forever grateful. 💕

Aujourd'hui, j'aimerai vous partager mon organisation avec ce challenge. (⏩ SWIPE pour voir mon menu de la semaine prochaine). .
Dans ce challenge, nous recevons un pack de 6 "fiches repas" pour nous aider. 🍏 Une fiche repas, correspond à une journée . (Nous avons la possibilité de prendre d'autres fiches repas).

Il y'a plusieurs façon pour s'organiser 👩‍💻. Voici la mienne: je fais une fiche repas pour deux jours pour le premier mois. Cela peut paraître monotone dans la semaine, mais sa sera toujours plus diversifié que les pâtes 😂. J'organise mes menus la semaine précédente pour faire mes courses. Nous mangeons tous les même repas (bien entendu mes enfants et mon mari ne calcule pas les calories ❌). Le second mois, j'organiserai "seule" les menus de la semaine et les snacks. Ce qui est bien avec ce challenge, c’est que nous somme coaché et en cas de ou d’aide , ils y répondent. 
Le dimanche , il n’y a rien car c’est journée «cheat meal » ou « lâcher prise » , mais sans passer dans les excès on est bien d’accord 😌. Le but est de quand même garder une alimentation équilibrée durant cette journée. .
Le but de procéder de cette façon et que je prenne l'habtiude de faire mes menus à l'avance 😌. Je vois que pour la plus part ici , sa marche assez bien pour une alimentation équilibré. Jusqu'à maintenant, je n'ai jamais organiser mes menus et du coup .... Bonjour l'alimentation fast ! Je n'ai jamais d'idées de repas, ou alors les aliments nécessaire. Du coup, nous mangeons ce qu'il y'a dans le frigos et faisont généralement des menus vite fait .... vive les pâtes! 🍝 .
L’avantage aussi de préparer les menus a l’avance et la gestion des stocks et des déchets! ♻️
