I just wanted to talk a little bit about how hard it can be to not let others influence or stop us from making ourselves happy and achieving our goals.
For the longest time, I was always so worried about what other people might say or think about me for liking certain things, or having certain goals. For example, my goals for myself and body in the future are to put on a decent amount of muscle in my upper and lower body. Now, for some people that just seems unwomanly or “gross”. I have even received negative feedback after expressing what I would like to achieve with my physique in the next couple years. Some people may already think I have too much muscle for a woman, and you know what that’s okay. I understand that my goals aren’t for everybody, and that I don’t need their approval.
Overall, what I am trying to say is that there is always going to be someone with something negative to say no matter what you’re doing. So stay true to yourself, and achieve the goals you have! Choose the things that you make you happiest, and proud of yourself regardless of what others have to say! 🌸🦋

Endlich geht‘s für mich gleich nach fast 3 Wochen Pause wieder ins Training 😍💪🏻 Ich werde erstmal mit einem Ganzkörpertraining einsteigen und dann zum Wochenende hin wieder mit meinem eigenen Trainingsplan wie gewohnt weiter machen ☺️

El día de hoy logré los 4km en el mismo tiempo que el viernes, así que todavía no te lo una mejora pero mientras que logró superarme, al menos me quiero igualar y lograr los 4km todos los días antes de hacer algo más en el gimnasio.
Y cómo ayer me caí, les presumo mi bonito moreton 😊 .
Today I achieved 4km in the same time as Friday, so I still do not improve it, but while I managed to improve myself, at least I want to equalize and achieve 4km every day before doing something else in the gym.
And how I fell yesterday, I presume my pretty bruise 😊 .

Woke up this morning with a lack of motivation to work out.
Motivation is a short-lived high. It will make you feel on top of the world until the feeling inevitably tapers off.
If we rely on motivation to fuel our actions, we’ll never achieve our goals.
Even in the midst of monotony, we must push through and fight for our goals. Results will be achieved by consistent, purposeful work; not by waiting for spikes in motivation.
Last year was a very interesting year. i lost and gain so much. But more importantly i learned. I grew and i better my self, my mindset and the way i look at things. As you get older your realize things more, especially taking care of yourself no matter what. booooy did i learn that big time. Looking back at it all im proud of my self for not letting me get the worst out of me. I do have a couple people to thank for that as well. •
Anywaaaays i felt like sharing that just cause this had a big part of my ups and downs of my fitness journey because yes, its not always perfect like IG likes to put out there and you can have down falls at times its normal. Last year i went vegan for about three months (my personal choice) man!! was that an awesome but challenging time. Awesome because there were such great outcome that came with doing that type of diet which was really amazing for me. Challenging because when you're the only one around Family and friends doing that type of diet it can be a big temptations trouble. But I'm proud to say that I did an amazing job controlling myself. •
And this picture is proof of me working out and those of you who know what I did last year for work, i am a circus performer I was also very active apart from being in the gym. I ate very much which I enjoyed but it was strictly plant-based meals. So for those who judge that type a diet or are interested or are just wondering about it I can say that it definitely works but you do have to learn what and how to eat everything because that is very important.
Nothing comes easy but it you work hard for it trust me it will come!
